I think the easy way of differentiating this is that Malaysian and Indonesian English sounds very distinctly different in how the tones are being pronounced as the sentences are being said. If you speak either of the languages, you can easily tell because it's the same typical tone of common sentences or phrases used in either languages but just reiterated in English and carried over to the English pronunciations. In terms of Malaysian to Singaporean English, I wouldn't really say that there is much of a difference at all given the absolute creole of languages we're doing over here, unless of course you're somewhat familiar to how Chinese sentences typically go. Then, you might point out how certain tones are being used in conversations or sentences to distinguish whether it's Malaysian or Singaporean. It's very subtle though but the consistency and certain other tendencies are what usually truly distinguishes between Malaysian and Singaporean English.
As a Malaysian Malay, when we speak english fluently, we use British English but pronounce them in American English. But generally, we mix it with our slang to give it our own vibe.

Kaela english accent is more singlish or malaysian than Indonesian english because she mimicking uncle roger accent, in id i think the only one that have Indonesian english accent is kobo and risu, even risu she only have accent if she's speaking with risu voice, her ayunda voice have different accent in english
