      LIV! I've been doing CrossFit combined with weightlifting lately, and I LOVE YOUR JUMP ROPE TECHNIQUES, you need to do us a tutorial on some tips and tricks on how to do one legged rope jump, crossover jump rope etc!!! Would be really helpful for me since jump roping Is my FAVORITE TYPE OF CARDIO/WARMUP and it's really underrated!!

    I finally worked up the confidence to get a gym membership and I‘m still kinda lost a lot of times. So these videos are amazing to understand certain movements and get inspiration for my own workouts. Keep up the good work with that amazing energy

    I honestly love both versions but I feel like the the mic’d up session have a little extra pizazz ya know? Can we get some recommendations for dumbbell/at home exercises that could be swapped out for those that use machines? I’ve recently gotten back into weight training but not quite ready to get back into the actual gym yet 😬

    I love both! Just generally excited for any video!! ❤I have been working on chin ups and push ups. I’m not strong enough for either so I have to do modifications. I would really love to get some tips on how to improve strength and form.

      Thanks love 🥰🥰 to help with strength on pull ups - prioritize lat pull downs (increasing weight w tbat machine), use the assisted pulled up machine and slowly increase the difficulty of it, & do cheated pull ups with controlled negatives!!
      For push ups - progressively overload on any pressing movements w weight!!!

    Perfect timing bc I’ve been weight training for like 5 months thanks in part to some random girl in Utah i found on the internet lololol 😂 But I just did Pilates today for the first time in ages and realized that I need to integrate / balance my training way more. I didn’t feel agile or balanced (like, my actual balance) and I was shocked! Cuz I feel strong? Anyway!

    Awesome video. I like the mic’d up, but whatever is easier or more comfortable for you to create is fine also. It’s just great to see your content. When you do your functional workouts, what do you use to time the intervals?

      Okay noted!! It’s easier to film it micd up cause then it’s faster on the editing side of things but I honestly still like both!! & I use the interval timer app from the App Store 🤍 thank you for supporting me!!!

      Yes I basically say to envision it like a drawcord! So pretend you’re scrunching a drawcord that brings your belly button back towards your spine. Does that clarify?

    Hi! Question. I'm on a weight loss journey and like to spend 30 mins walking on the treadmill after a weight session BUT don't have loads of time. If I gave your Monday leg day a whirl, is there any part of that I could leave out but still get a good session in?? I try not to be in the gym for longer than 90 mins ish. Thank you!

      Yes I totally get it!! Great question. I’d leave out EITHER the leg press or Bulgarian split squats (the leg press would be faster cause it’s bilateral so maybe leave out the split squats) & then go down to just 3 sets of hip thrusts!

    I love voice overs as well as mic’d. Mic’d shows and sounds like the struggle is real❤️💪Also, can you do a video that shows effective workouts at home? I have a garage small gym and need some help on what to do! Maybe show some alternative exercises depending if we have a bench or don't, have a weight machine or don't… and so on. I cant make it to a gym but want to do 100% at home. 🫶 Loved this video… I was happy to see you use ropes… I just got some💪💪❤️🫶🦋And please, opinion on ehp bcaa?

      Yes!! I got another request for this too. Like showing at home substitutes for exercises which is such a good idea! Also yes the ropes are so fun hehe.
      BCAAs aren’t necessary if you’re getting enough protein in!! I’d recommend getting protein powder first if you’re not hitting your protein target. However if you’re wanting a sweet treat and something extra to help with recovery & fatigue, then go for em!!💝

      I think it would he a great video. I see what you do at the gym and always wonder how I can do the same exercise at home but without that specific equipment! Could you also throw into the video the benefits of pre workout and who it helps, like what amount of working out we need to do for pre work out to even work, or BCAAs.
