@@prodzektownia yeah that’s the main limitation but speaking to a Suzuki swift tuning specialist (same engine) the cylinder wall can also slip with very high boost. His personal Suzuki swift turbo was 280BHP.
He said that a engine swap is more sensible if your going for big power as forged parts for a m16 are expensive as company’s have low demand and it makes the price higher

2002 non-vvt liana. Running .4 bar boost. Can handle .5. 150 BHP

@@jimnyturbo503 mine M16A (2003) has iron sleeves so i think it may hold some boost, but it is open deck design so can't go too crazy
