@@prodzektownia yeah that’s the main limitation but speaking to a Suzuki swift tuning specialist (same engine) the cylinder wall can also slip with very high boost. His personal Suzuki swift turbo was 280BHP.
He said that a engine swap is more sensible if your going for big power as forged parts for a m16 are expensive as company’s have low demand and it makes the price higher
did you used forgerd piston for that build? or just the stock liana pistons? how much boost are you geting? how about temps?
There is a channel called “Bigjimny” that did a video on the car
But it’s a stock liana engine running .5bar boost, engine temps average 90 degrees. Stock internals,
156BHP 148 lb-ft
It’s actually for sale on big Jimny forum atm
And here i was, thinking that i was the king of the road in my jimny on 38x15,5-15' tires... good looking car and sounds great!

Garrett GBC-17 250
Me fascina este auto.

this is liana engine? what boost can it handle? what power?
2002 non-vvt liana. Running .4 bar boost. Can handle .5. 150 BHP

@@jimnyturbo503 mine M16A (2003) has iron sleeves so i think it may hold some boost, but it is open deck design so can't go too crazy
O meu amigo fala mais sobre esse jimny turbo, tenho um jimny sport TMB e tenho muita vontade de turbina o meu tbm
