Chris claiming Sebastian brought in CPS to kick Chris out of the house is horse shite! I have a high functioning autistic 15 yo son that looks like Sebastian, and I can tell you they don’t think like that! If Sebastian said something then you can bet it was true, and he had no idea what the outcome would be. They blurt out facts without any forethought on what the impacts might be. This is a repeat of summer wells

Exactly, Chris left the house over sebastian telling something and he had court 3-5, he wanted that quiet!! He checked out and was sick of katie living in HIS HOUSE, can't imagine the stuff he was ranting about that sebastian could hear!!!
Gabriel Fernandez. CPS put fear in him when he thought they had done to the house to help after he reported his abusers. They told him police would lock him up if he lied again. We all know how that ended not long after and the abuse evidence in his poor little body

We all know how many times CPS has failed children for one reason or another. My heart breaks for Sebastian. He couldn't trust anyone. If he confided in a teacher, the teacher must, by law, report it to CPS. CPS gets involved and does an investigation. The child is interviewed and the parents are interviewed. If CPS can't substantiate an immediate danger where the child needs to immediately be removed from the home, the child now has to face the wrath of the abusive parent(s). In this case, we have seen first hand, just how belligerent, angry, controlling, arrogant, and the lack of self control that CP displays. Can you imagine how outraged CP would have become with Sebastian (with a belt in his hand)? Poor Sebastian couldn't win for losing.
If Sebastian did think he could get CP removed from the house, it makes me wonder how many times CP threatened Sebastian with being removed from the house. He had to have picked that mindset up somewhere.
This entire situation is horrifying. How much physical, psychological, and mental abuse, in addition to the humiliation and rejection could Sebastian take? Imo, CP and KP must be very evil individuals. God help Sebastian! 💚💚💚💚💚💚💚
You are spot on. Couldn’t have verbalizedthe statement better. CP is a liar. CPS wouldn’t tell a child he was lying as CP says. Yes, Sebastian live in terror after the CPS visit. The poor child! How he must have felt!

I do think Sebastian telling the teacher about what was happening at home was a cry for help. To me, it is also obvious from stepdads’ retelling of the stories that he made Sebastian’s life unbearable.

Yes,law enforcement needs to bring her in for interrogation she needs to be put on the spot and put under pressure,so she will break and tell what happened to her son,how can she eat and sleep at night,l couldn't do it,even if it were an accident, does she not love her own child.l feel so sorry for that kid. I have an autistic grandchild and this just breaks my heart knowing what Sebastian must have gone through being ridiculed and made to wear pull ups to school and abused physically and emotionally, some bully and maybe his mother too.😭

Yes. Just watched the video of a lady who drove to North Carolina to the exact spot and started questioning the worker . Two other men showed up and she was taken to a back room and interrogated for a long while.
The school may of failed him.A child who has disabilities has behavioral issues but the school should never turn their backs on a child when their trying to seek. Help..

Just me, this reminds me of a case in New Zealand many years ago, a young girl told the school that her step-dad was messing with her, the school sent a letter via mail to her mother, the stepfather opened the mail, and while the mother was at work that night, her murdered the little girl and her younger sister, both girls were found in the kneeling position as if they were praying, the stepfather was charged with murder and to pay for his lawyer, sold the house which was part owned by the mother, this man came from a violent family, his brother also murdered a 5 year old girl as she walked to school, if the school had only phoned the mother, the two sisters could of been saved😢 I believe Chris fatally wounded Sébastien, Katie and Chris are fully responsible for Sébastiens disappearance and possibly his demise

KP can't do interviews, she was the last to see Sebastin, and the only other person in that house when he went missing. That is kinda hard to explain.
CP is speaking out because that's just what a narcissist does, KP is not saying anything because the less she says, the less they ( le) have to throw back at her for stating, they both already did many interviews and changed stories, and CPs recent rant was more about defending himself and her and controlling that podcast, seems like they are more concerned about sitting in the shadows of podcast watching what is being said than they are in searching with boots on the ground

Dad wasnt just at work, he hadnt been home since Feb 2nd BECAUSE OF CPS...
most likely it took time for CPS to investigate and then wrap up or close the case, so he may have been told he had to leave until they concluded.

Kids with special needs are at a heightened risk in homes where there is turmoil and drama. They have needs that may require a certain level of personal, emotional, restraint on the part of the caregiver(s). Asking for help in social media brings those home dynamics into a zoom lens that the families may not have expected. Keep the focus on the child and as adults, though grieving themselves, we need to give special attention to disregard those who wish for drama or answers. You can’t have it both ways folks. Was he against something so fearful that he bolted, without shoes? CP Says no one could get in to take him, so he believes he walked barefoot, out the door, and that’s the end. All I heard was me, me, me, look what people are doing to me. If you want to be treated as an adult, act like one. Hitting a child IS ABUSE IN TODAY’S WORLD GUYS…even though you took it as a child. If anyone hit my child family or friend, spouse or otherwise…they’d see a an arrest warrant, as I’d press charges. Teachers are mandated reporters as advocates for children. If they even question or suspect, it’s their responsibility to report, not their boss, or lawyer, or to speak to the family. To determine and investigate is the job of the agency. No one is perfect, but kids die daily at the hands of those whose job it is to love and care for them. It’s a tiresome, demanding job, full of joy and change, so it you’re not up to it…turn them over, don’t hit them into submission and fear.

Great quest! he has an alibi for 5am, but work doesnt start until 7am. Why so early to work, to establish an alibi? That 3 hour phone call bothers me.

I've seen pictures on Facebook of people posting in that area with no leaves on the trees so idk.... And any child that tells the school staff something serious enough to make a CPS call is a call for help!

Since they don't claim foul play, it means it's not a criminal investigation so the PC should be available on request.
People have sent FOIA request and police replied that it is a criminal investigation and can't release the information requested.

Hi Don B👋 Glad I found your channel. A landfill search never ends well. I'm not blaming anyone but KP's silence is frustrating. I wish she'd step up and speak on her son. Also CP should keep quiet. Imo he comes off as arrogant and hostile every time he speaks. None of this is helping find Sebastian. I'm trying to stay hopeful but it's getting harder 💚
IMO, Chris keeps very tight control on Katie. He probably kept a very tight control on the household too. Sabastian probably had a pretty sad life. I did pay attention to those bite marks on Chris' arms. Those weren't dogs. I have small dogs and they don't make marks like that.
