Everyone is considered innocent until proven guilty. While I agree that KP knows more than she’s saying, we can’t throw people in jail just to make them talk.
Well I mean…they tried that with Lori Vallow-Daybell and she never talked. It’s not guaranteed it would work. But idk why they can’t compel Katie in the same manner. Produce Sebastian or face repercussions.
Of course, if it later comes out he did run away (I don’t believe he did) or it was a stranger abduction (also don’t believe it was) then the Proudfoot’s would sue the pants off everyone. And that’s probably why they’re not using jail time as a tool to compel her.

My gut feeling Sabastian disappeared out of thin air with the help of Katy And Chris and it all happened on their watch, the hours between midnight and the time they decided to call 911. Their lies tell the story. She mentioned a thump. I DON’T BELIEVE THERE WAS A THUMP. SHE LIED. She wants us to believe there was a thump, so we WILL THINK that must have been when someone took him. My gut feeling, KATY AND. Chris knows where Sabastian is.
And…why didn’t KP ring Seth first thing to see if Sebastian was there? Because none of it happened as she said.

The local police seem suspect to me too.But it sounds like they may have something. Chris slipped before and said the DA was at his house when they were showing Seth a video. I pray that someone is arrested soon because Seth is going to have a nervous breakdown.

I’ve never felt this was a runaway,with the shady actions of mom and step dad. It’s just disgusting that all these people are out there searching endlessly for this child while the ones RESPONSIBLE are sitting back on their asses without a care in the world
I have always said the authorities have an idea of what happened. They are saying no evidence of foul play, but they are waiting for Katie
and Chris to make a mistake and then bam. One of the two killed that young man and disposed his body.

Have you read the face of the one that announced “There is no evidence of foul play or subjects of interest at this time, and iT is an on going investigation”? I saw that face several times. My gut feeling, his face shows fear, or he is lying. Is he one of the friends in high and low places or, could he have been threatened to keep his mouth shut??? Remember there were several that backed off in searching for Sebastian, including law enforcement, because their families were threatened? Just my thought for the day. Big red flag. Katy called Chris instead of 911 to make sure, wherever Sabastian is, he won’t be found. Then, she called Seth and others to announce “she went to Sabastian’s room to wake him and he was gone”. Bull shit fake cover up. We all know it, including authorities. But, people in high and low places get away with bull shit.

She's been back at her house for over a week now. What I want to know is why her house doesn't look like the laundries??? Photos of sebastian all over her yard. Flowers, bears, billboards. I'm nowhere near TN so I can't, but where's all the TN people??? She's living quietly and peaceful in her home all alone. Can sebastian say the same??

I live fairly close to the Proudfoot home and I am a 4th generation Tennessean...the alleged threats made to searchers and the United Cajun Navy and towards the Proudfoots makes absolutely no sense to me. I know the people of my beloved home wouldnt do such unless it's a guilty party (and the truth was too close for comfort) and in my opinion it is an inside job...inside Stafford Court inside job. That's my opinion...allegedly. Prayers I am wrong and Sebastian's TRUTH is found sooner than later, but Ive researched since day one and my gut tells me I'm not wrong as much as I want to be. 🙏💚

It's about time TBI announces at their next press conference that FBI will be taking the lead into investigating Sebastian's case.

Searching a landfill is no picnic for those doing it. They don't just go search a landfill. They did this early on. Besides the flying monkeys, there is a huge elephant in an Eight hundred thousand dollar home with no security in place or just disconnected. (No Burglar alarm, no cameras, no flood lights, inside or out of the home) no call to 911. Chris chose to call someone he knows in high places rather than make a direct call to 911.
I agree Don B 100%, been thinking this for a while. That is why no press releases, and so quite with info. Think we are going to be surprised who all is involved. Seth is so desperate for answers and I feel so bad for him. This kid did not run away and was not abducted, someone has done something bad to him in my opinion.

The landfill being searched was because the trash was heavier than normal and they FOUND SOMETHING AT THE LANDFILL AREA. And theyve been watching SOMEONE THIS WHOLE TIME JUST WAITING FOR THE RIGHT TIME

And it was first said the heavy trash was from Seth's house too! Then it changed to the moms house. So unless LE confirms any of these rumors we won't know the truth. However, the landfill searched was too close to where Seth lives in my opinion.

They don't usually say they can't give information in an ongoing investigation for a runaway. If they really thought Sebastian was a runaway, they'd be a whole lot more vocal and public , particularly, considering the high public interest in the case.

The police got the landfill search warrant because the workers who picked up the trash told the police that the trash can was much much heavier when they picked it up that morning than it normally is, so the police think a body may have been in one of the trash cans that was picked up from the Proudfoot residence and taken to the landfill. They then went to the judge to get a warrant based on what they were told by the trash service. This same body disposal was also used in the Deorr Kunz case.

I feel bad for Seth. I think he's being played a lot. I don't think this situation requires Sebastian's parents to have PR people. I think they try and direct the narrative in the situation and sensationalize it. It's created too much hype around Sebastian's disappearance, in the Proudfoots ' favor.Seth's being led around like a dog while them and the police seem to ban together. And Seth's being led around like a dog because he's vulnerable and loves his son. It's sickening to watch. I've said all along that I don't believe anyone, including police are really holding anyone's feet to the fire. Just like in Summer's case, Don and Candus who are clearly Very suspicious are still doing all their antics too, to put it mildly.It's always felt to me as if they've gotten a free pass. But those electronics, vehicles, etc. take time no matter what anyone says.. the investigators are on this I'm sure... it's just a matter of time...
Getting information from vehicle data does take some time, I think they are watching some people.
And they have to wait until they get enough information to make an arrest. They can’t make an arrest just because we want it to happen.
I don't think any of the parents are getting many updates because they're all on the suspect list.

I never believed he ran away, and as soon as CP slipped and mentioned a DA, I knew it was criminal imo. I just hope they find him at all at this point and it breaks my heart. It's so strange how it can seem one way by how people act, and yet not be a simple open and shut case (or at least one where we find more evidence, clues, etc). Sebastian dealt with so much, surrounded by adults who did not protect him or parent him properly.

I believe that the back off by Nancy Grace is a sign that there is much more to this case and behind the scenes right now than we are aware. Her questions were thick and fast and a lot was spilled in that interrogation style interview. She remained unusually tight lipped when Chris backed out of the Polygraph.
I also believe that police would not tell Katie or Chris if they failed their polygraphs.

my daughter is a DA in my town and her husband is a judge . I talked to them and they can't understand what's going on . They have records from CPS ,that would of being enough for the investigation .Someone in the Home is responsible ,Their final answer .We ll can see this ,makes no sense.
Please tell your family that I said it is about status. If they lived in a trailer park and had the same records from CPS, I think they would be in jail. Once there was no sign of him on camera and there were searches paid for by our tax dollars, yielding no results, they'd find some reason to hold them. 15 days after baby Lisa Irwin disappeared they sent in Cadaver dogs to her house. Hayleigh Cunningham disappeared in Florida. Her dad and step-mom went to jail for many years for selling pain pills. I don't think that would have happened if she had been found. CP's sister works for the dept.? Big frogs in little ponds in Sumner County. Sad, isn't it when we are talking about a 15 year old boy's life?!

I have been praying that you have Seth's back. In my opinion I think u are spart enough to put together what really happened to Sébastien. He didn't vanish. I from VA and young man went missing from a fishing trip. Two years later his remains were found on blue ridge parkway. His case hase never been solved but I have faith it will be. There was a love triangle that played a role in his death. I have explored the fact that cp was jealous of Seth. That Sébastien was the reason for another failing marriage .Nina said cp didn't want faith as I believe he didn't want Sébastien. He even asked Seth to take Sébastien In my heart I don't think kp was going that to happen! I pray Sébastien is recovered and justice for Sébastien and Seth Roger's family.

I think you are right on target with your opinion. Hopefully the hold up is they are trying to get enough evidence to get the accomplice and awaiting lab results. I’m with you. Someone is in trouble and unfortunately I don’t think Sabastian is still alive.
They know. I fear that the DA will say that it’s complicated. I don’t think that Sebastian ran away. Nothing about this case makes sense. I’m very skeptical of Katie not talking. That’s not normal.
