Roasted Flax Seeds - 1 Tsp
coco powder/cinnamon powder- 1/4Tsp
Apple - 1/2
Almonds - 6 to 7
water - 1/4 cup
Garnish with melon seeds chopped Almonds Raisin & chia seeds.
