I consider myself a local Cantonese, but I have never visited any of the coffee shops 😢. So much change of the city through the years! The music for Canton tower part is a charm🎉
so far this is the best guangzhou vlog i’ve seen , its so pleasing to my eyes , and those cute cafes?! My dad told me we might visit guangzhou after my sem1 uni exam so hopefully it is true HAHAHA
Hey La, Feliz Navidad & a happy birthday. I forgot you are a Jan girl! Great to see you are having a great time in GZ with your parents. It's seem like a cool place and gentrified now. World of difference when I was last there 20 years ago!
I have been to Beijing & Shanghai but not Guangzhou. Randomly saw ur vlog & it given me a new perspective of this place. I will put this into my bucket list 😊
Wow so nice to hear that this made you want to visit Guangzhou! You can also visit other places nearby like Yangshuo Guilin which is very famous for its scenery ☺I've just uploaded a new vlog on it if you're interested - th-cam.com/video/-WDYz4oIIYY/w-d-xo.html
Looks like you didn’t visit the older parts of Guangzhou where all the iconic Cantonese great food are found there. Guangzhou still has a long way to go for their western baked bread/cakes and desserts. I don’t bother eating them. Even their trendy cafes and restaurants featuring new creative fusion foods are only pleasing to the eye but not to the tastebuds. Too bad these places are a magnet to the young people because they have more conducive environment and atmosphere. You want good authentic Cantonese food, you have to visit the older streets of Guangzhou like XiHua Road, YueXiu area etc.
omg how did you find those cute cafes? are there any apps you recommend to use in china? I went to guangzhou a few months ago and it didn't look as cute as this ;-; hopefully I find these places when I visit again
Things in China are so sophisticated and looked so good! Thanks for sharing the real parts of China unlike the western media shown to people ! x
Guangzhou is really beautiful! Merry Christmas and have a good time there!
