◆ Ingredients 食材 ◆
★ Sardine Filling 沙丁鱼内馅 ★
1 Canned Sardine 沙丁鱼罐头
1 Onion 洋葱
1 Red Chili 红辣椒
1 Pips Garlic 蒜瓣
Dash Of Tamarind 罗望子膏
2 tbsp Cooking Oil 食用油
1 tbsp Chili Paste 辣椒糊
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce 蚝油
½ tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
1 tsp Sugar 白糖
2 tbsp Ketchup 番茄酱
＊Mayonnaise 美乃滋
★ For Batter 面糊食材★
100g Rice Flour 粘米粉
80g Tapioca Starch 木薯粉
80g Plain Flour 面粉
40g Cornstarch 玉米淀粉
½ tsp Sugar 白糖
½ tsp Salt 盐
¼ tsp Turmeric 黄姜粉
320ml Water 水

今天见老师介绍炸沙丁鱼麵包，很吸引人👍。
通常我也会以沙丁鱼挾麵包当午餐，换一下味口也不错👍
我会用一小罐沙丁鱼，去掉里面的什物后弄碎，然后用一点橄榄油，沙丁鱼，白洋葱粒，蒜蓉，红辣椒碎，加些酱清，赤糖一起炒，后加些胡椒粉炒香挤两三粒的酸柑汁搅匀就好了，那些沙丁鱼的番茄酱汁通常都不会用，还会煎一粒鸡旦切片后挟着麵包吃，简简单单的一餐。
改天试试老师的做法也不错。

Aaah… chef Peter this sardine sandwiches, I absolutely love this , very nice thanks. It makes my heart cry😢 l love “NO” deep fried. Wow brings so many memories, of a little girl. I prefer western style mayonnaise , celery, onion , black pepper, two pcs of Swiss cheese…….m yum.
