这期影片给大家带来简单好吃的沙丁鱼面包卜,连我自己本身不吃沙丁鱼(因为腥味)也可以接受它的味道😋 因为经过一番调味,沙丁鱼的腥味并不会很重了呢😄 再加上用烤箱烤熟,少油又健康💪
多余的面包条也可以做成酥脆可口的小零食
真的是*物尽其用*也😄😄

⭐所需材料⭐:
✔️12片全麦面包(或是白面包)
(A):
✔️1罐沙丁鱼 215克(我买Ayam 牌子)
✔️1条新鲜红辣椒
✔️1粒洋葱,大概60克
✔️2茶匙 酱青
✔️3茶匙 酸柑汁
✔️1-1.5汤匙 沙丁鱼罐里的番茄汁
(B)
✔️1 粒鸡蛋
(C) :
✔️60克 融化的有盐牛油
⭐Ingredients⭐:
✔️12 slices of whole meal bread ( May use white bread for your preference)
(A):
✔️1 can sardine ( 215g, I bought Ayam brand)
✔️1 fresh red chili
✔️1 onion, about 60g
✔️2 tsp spoon light soya sauce
✔️3 tsp calamansi juice( to eliminate the fishy smell)
✔️1 -1.5tbsp tomato sauce from the sardines can

✔️1 egg, beaten

✔️60g salted butter melted
