Okay I am absolutely doing something like this in my world. Barce-travel is going to take over
hey mog
I was just thinking the same thing, I kinda want to make a nether hub into a train depot now :D
I keep finding you on every Minecraft video I watch lol
@@DiamondDepthYT part of the key to being a good Minecraft TH-camr is having good ideas for builds. Some people are naturally geniuses (EthosLab for example). But most of us need to take inspiration from others. We occasionally come up with our own, truly unique ideas, but a lot of the time it’s just about taking someone else’s idea and making it your own. The reason you see Mog in so many comments sections is because he watches a ton of videos to come up with ideas
The mog :)
For the abandoned car, use anvils where the “wheels” would be, so that it looks like it’s on jacks
big fan of the subway stations, esp how the village one is a little darker and dingier than the sleek fancy over-advertised city station. also ur guy blinking gave me a shock idk if ive just never noticed it before or what. but that was nuts
thank you! i'm glad the lighting helps with the themes of each station, hoping to do that to all of them! (recently i learned to blink it feels so good)
to stop spacing out your copper to oxidize, just make a platform of oxidized copper & place a second layer of what you want to oxidize on top! saw xisumavoid do this, things oxidize faster the more fully oxidized copper's around it
Crazy Good builds as well, I've taken 6 screenshots for inspo & the vid's a quarter done. great content.
This! But add another slabbed layer on top.
you could hide lights under the paintings in the cyberpunk station. it would also sell the idea of ads more i think.
That or use custom maps on glow item frames to get the neon glow without actual light
it would be cool if you could oxidise copper via electrolysis! Put a redstone block under a water source and it could oxidise the copper submerged really fast
thats such a good idea! and it makes sense!
The starter village NEEDS to be called (Barce)lona
thats actually genius barce if u read this please use this
I only discovered your channel by this video but I have to say it's utterly beautiful. Exactly the kind of Minecraft content TH-cam needs right now.
much love, thank you!!!
In the nether make a tunnel around the tracks. So it feels like your in the subway the whole time.
xisuma uses a weird way of oxidizing copper - he places down a platform of fully oxidized copper, and places another platform of new copper directly on top of it. apparently it’s just as fast!
it's i think even faster and in the previous video he even automated the entire process
There is also a way to oxidize copper by doing columns surrounded by oxidized slabs or something surround by glass spaces a certain distance and u just mine the stacks of copper blocks u place in the center of the columns. Not sure the exact method but has something to do with the copper "check" nearby that speeds it up. Id look at a tutorial
I kinda wish Copper Trap Doors could be made via the stonecutter to bypass oxidization; possibly with cut copper slabs. Thing is cut copper has some odd properties between crafting and stonecutting, so its hard to say how much material the block is comprised of; anyways if you're ever in need of alot of Cut Copper always use a stonecutter, never a crafter/crafting table.
i wish stonecutter worked too :(
Instead of making a field of copper trap doors, you should build whatever you want to build with copper, wait for it to oxidize, then scrape it down to what you want and wax it.
That way you can finish all your builds, then polish them later
If jewelry making you can oxidize copper using a chemical called Liver of Sulfur. Would be nice if there was brewing in the cauldron that we could toss the copper blocks in to oxidize. Just like toss in a netherwart and gunpowder to make the potion and then the blocks would transform over like a minute.
you should call the village 'meriggiare'. Italian word for resting in the shade.
gravitational superconductors, like magnetic superconductors, they stay floating or "field locked" if they work at room temperature
This may be too late but in the area between the birch forest and cyberpunk city should be an abandoned copper farm. Like if their used to be people that would scatter out their copper to let it oxidize, but they haven't used it in a while, and it's become overgrown.
Just incredible mate! I see someone has already commented on the distinctive subway styles but it’s such an easy thing to overlook and I can’t appreciate your attention to detail enough. Can’t wait to see how your channel grows❤
I'm rewatching this for inspiration for minecart stations on the server I'm on and I just noticed the nice indent on the perry house that gives a good dark color.
wtf youre so underrated! i just came across you and instantly fell in love with your building style
This would be no easy project but if you made some custom map art for advertisements throughout your cities and subway stations, they could be adverts of the other towns the railway is linked up to. Like travel ads. Either way really like the subways so far!
5:45 LONG LIVE THE QUEEN!!!
thats your bridge right there 😢
One of my favorite series at the moment, keep it up!
4:14 I think a neat way to age copper faster would be going to another dimension
I'm excited to see how this railway system will evolve in the future, for example, you can add decorations to where the railroad is in the Nether
idea: a car in the wasteland that's kinda crashed or half-buried into the dirt
The abandoned cars should be in mud, sand, or the water. Also, I'd like to see your take on a horse track and training/testing area. (3x3 paintings now exist btw)
You could name it Custode Village! Custode I believe is very close to the word Guardian in Italian, which would fit really well for the cultish subtheme of the village
Edit: Also, I definitely think that a few wind charges thrown at copper blocks could oxidize them faster. Would be a neat way to add some synergies to these 1.21 additions
Cool origin for the word “custodian”
I love the metro stations, the design look really lifelike, and I love the atmosphere the lighting creates. Keep up the good work!
you can put some flower from the lush cave under the floating car so there can be some particule to explain the levitation shit going on
That might work, i was thinking 4 soul campfires under the car to create a blue moving techy ish effect holding the car up
you should build a tunnel around the metro part that goes thru the nether and have the two styles of the metros merge into eachother and it would give you something to look at other than the ugly nether roof.
oooo yes! i'll have to come up with some designs, might go with the deepslate and copper look that I used on the back walls of the stations!
Love the subway! You should make some cool powerlines in the city to show how all the signs are being lit up
thats the plan! going to be revisiting the cyberpunk city in the next few episodes
I think if you didn’t use just bamboo stairs use also used polished black stone stairs to give it more of a caution tape look.
Love how you did the subway and how you designed them. Great job. Subscribing
The abandonned car is a very cool idea, but shouldn't it not have its magnets anymore? Since they make the car float around in the air they would be pretty expensive so the magnets would be the first thing stolen on a car like this
yes! i tried my best to kinda cover up the fact that its floating still with the bushes :]
Oh man! That's so cool! I always wanted to incorporate metro stations in my worlds that go through the nether, but what I had in mind was way more simple. I definitely did not know you could instantly travel to the nether like that! That's awesome!
@@Brunoki22 that’s new in the latest update.
you can oxidize copper faster and more compactly by placing it on top of already oxidized copper!
Since your town is a very colorful place you could make a Pokémon reference and call it palette town, using the word for color palette instead.
Your channel is going to be huge man I can already tell. Definitely looking forward to more videos!!
Since it's your starter village and it's Italian you could name it Nascita (which means birth)
I think the water idea for oxidized copper is really cool but you could also use drips e if drips down with drip water onto oxyze copper it would oxidize very quickly I feel like that would be cool
5:27 What’s in the back left 👀
i've been cookin ;)
Amazing builds! The Minecraft through portals is a feature we have needed for so long. Do you have a mob switch didn’t seen any in the whole video?
oh no trust me i get cyberbullied as soon as i leave my village
Would be cool with some campfires under the cars under the road
the subway gives me vibes of paris
instant sub your building style is amazing
I feel like a way to oxidize copper faster in game should be like placing them on the top half of a water source so one side is in water and one side is touching air. I think that should be added to game cuz I agree that the copper fields is very very bad lol
Barce with my brunch
will a ice boat station for longer distances be seperate or incorperated into the existing station?
i was planning on staying away from ice boats and keeping with rails for consistency
Honestly, you’re probably the most underrated TH-camr I’ve seen in years. Such a great style, editing, humor and of course builds! I simply cannot wait to see what you do next, and I’m probably gonna spend the day binging the rest of this series!
i will be subbing and liking this video
Lovely survival build
Yay I love the vids maybe you can add a medieval castle
you should def add graffiti to the cyberpunk metro! love the video/builds I just subscribed!
This is great! My son asked me to make a train station, this gives me so many ideas! Thanks!
The fact that i was recommended to check this video (by YT)...
Man, you're doing great. Love the videos, keep it up!!
you can put already oxidised copper next to unoxidised copper to speed up the process
Animal abuse with fresh animations just hits different
TH-cam really cooked with this recommendation, was looking for a good survival series to watch and was also thinking of implementing a similar system in my world. Can’t wait to binge the rest of the series 🔥🔥🔥
All the cows😂
omg i think i've seen you in cscoop vids?? gonna binge the rest of your vids when i get the chance lovin this so far
welcome!!
This is my first video of yours and I’m looking forward to more! Your build style is beautiful! Very reminiscent of BDouble0. +1 subscriber :)
hihi this video came up in my recommended this morning and I knew you from coopers videos, clicked and knew I had to watch from the start... so now im all caught up 🤧🤧
just wanna say how much I enjoy them so entertaining, builds are incredible and the way u speak about building is so cool ! like everything is so well thought out and explained !!
anyway love the vids can't wait for the next one :D im gonna go start a hardcore world rn
thank you and welcome!! good luck in your world 🫡
Greate video, really high quality editing and none of theat copy and paste youtuber stuff. Keep up the hard work!
I think a good name for the village would be "The Ancient Village" or "The Deep Ancient Village" since it's deep into the mountains and there's an ancient city underneath it lol
On the walls of the city you should add graffiti to add color!
yes!!!! love it
I feel like it should be called mini Barcelona
Sweet man, I didn't the same thing on my survival server. It's a really cool system I'm interested to see how you make your system! 😊
Subscribed! This is amazing and inspiring! ❤ now i want to try building something simular 😅
I'm a big fan of metro and creating roads in minecraft, so i am so amazed at how minecarts function now. It opens new possibilities for travel and world building
that is genuinely so cool, i am going to borrow this idea for my world
24:09
You wish minecarts were faster?
Search for piston rail bolt😂
Subbed in 30 secs. Quality and builds alone. Clear bdubs vibes, Keep that
this video has been in my watch later playlist for a month.
watch now or forever hold your peace
Hey! About the oxidizing copper part, watch Xisuma's oxidizing copper farms, they are a lot more effective in how much space they use and are still fast!
a lotta people have been telling me... i swear i tried it one time it was SLOWER!!! gotta try it again
@@barce8008 ill test in creative then lol
at least it's more effective in space if you dont want it all scattered around
Bold title, can’t wait to watch this
I read the title and for a second i thought it was a raysworks video
You should build something in the sky
put a field of oxidized copper and put normal cooper blocks on top and they will oxidize faster.. i learned it from xisuama
Or farm from trails chambers ^^
trial chambers seems easier! i hate placing it all >:(
Great video! WHat client do you use? I just updated to 1.21 and nothing is supported other than like litematica. Your production quality is great btw!
i use prismlauncher for all my minecraft instances, but a lot the mods i use have slowly been updating! i'll provide a new modpack next episode
This guy is the guy to watch.
Hey Barce, for horse animations what mods or resources packs are you using?
fresh animations!
@@barce8008 Thanks!
Check out Xisuma's latest hermit craft video - he's got some great tips for maximizing your copper oxidizing process in the least amount of time!
i love the way you think about building and composition subsscrooooobingg
What if your minecart is in the opposite station? :P
You should try the newest version of complimentary shaders. It has colored lighting 😮 I’d be curious to see what your city looks like with it
:O
This giving me Bdubs vibes, and I like it!
how do you find motivation to play? lately i really want to play minecraft, but when i hop on i feel lost and cant complete nothing. by the way, beautiful world! i love it!
tbh im just addicted and building is my only anchor
you should name the city BARCElona
Can you please check, if a shulker in a minecart can travel through the nether. I tested in creative, it worked but in servival it's not. Want to know if some issues with powered rail or portal alignment or game design.
I read in reddit that an entity in entity cannot travel through nether portal !
its a 1.21 new feature! horses, minecarts, etc all work!
This build would look really nice if you would use a shader pack
i'm a shader hater >:D
nice bro this is cozy
I really love your video style.
do those flying ass cars from bladerunner
Underrated rbb
Good video I just subscribed
barce i didnt know you were so talented
The traffic lights are upside down lol
Beautiful builds as always, but how did you get replay mod in 1.21!?
i'm a patron for the replaymod so i got early access!
@@barce8008 OOoohhh, that does make a lot of sense!
nice video
thank you :D
Opalitestone Valley my suggestion for a city name
