Absolutely loved this vlog-style video!! It was a great accompaniment to some knitting time with my Dad's Sweater 🥰. Also I am not a spinner but it's fun to learn about it from you and your colorway is just stunning!!! Can't wait for your future videos!
Just wanted to say how much I loved this! I'm a new spinner, so watching videos like this gives so many helpful little tips that you wouldn't necessarily come across in a larger how to video. Also this is just so wonderfully calming :) And your yarn turned out so gorgeous as well!
Emily, I loved this video so much!!! I'm a newbie spinner and I'm trying to learn and I'm fascinated by the process. I loved watching your process and just how soothing it was to watch you spinning. The yarn is so beautiful and I love this color palette. I had made a mental note to buy your colorway as soon as I saw it on Insta because I love it so much. I will have to save this special yarn for when I have finished spinning and practicing with my other fiber stash. I want to make sure I can spin this special yarn beautifully. Looking forward to see you knit this one up. Thanks for sharing.
I LOVED this video! I learned so much about spinning from you! I feel like I am still trying to figure out what my colors are, and every time I looked at your skein, I felt like it was very me!
This was such a fun video….loved watching your spinning process! Also, the yarn! It’s freaking gorgeous!!!! Excited to see how it looks in your tessellated 😂 And side note, your Velichor is so pretty!! I’ve been hemming and hawing over whether I should make one…I think I shall now 😅 you’re a bad influence! First the Stripe Hype…now the Velichor agh! Your channel is the best! Thanks for taking the time to make such fun content ❤
I loved your video! Since I am a new spinner it was interesting and reassuring to watch you doing pretty much the exact same steps that I do (and probably every other spinner does). And I feel your excitement about that beautiful yarn! I totally understand why you stayed up to wash it at night (and I actually stayed up past bedtime to get to the end of the video because I wanted to see the finished yarn. 😄)
LisaR: Emily ! It's gorgeous!! The colors are beautiful, and spin looks plump & consistent- Sooo good! I'll go back to site , leave her a note . Very successful endeavor- all podcast colorways are sold out ! No listing for preorder yet - congrats !
Hi from a new subscriber from the UK. I stumbled across you mr last traditional podcast where you mentioned this video. I am a self taught spinner, with no clue if I am doing things right. It was reassuring to see that I am a similar spinner to you. Thank you for explaining fractal spinning - it now makes complete sense!! So much work must have gone into this episode and I loved it! 😊
I loved this episode and you have inspired me to have a go at spinning 😊. I have ordered fibre and a drop spindle but I would love a wheel. What make of wheel do you use? It is so neat and tidy. Oh, and your finished yarn is absolutely gorgeous ❤❤
@@emweecurt my dad has very kindly just bought me an Ashford Kiwi 3 and I absolutely love it. Spinning on a wheel is so relaxing and perfect for listening to podcasts. As I also dye my own yarn I am tempted to have a go at dyeing my own fibre too 😊

Now it's time to play "How many sports can Emily fit in to one, non-sports podcast?"
Hahaha not too surprising for me 😅
