Oh my Kristina , I made this for my husband who is NOT a vegan ( another recipe of yours he had ) and he loved it we both did …very very tasty ! We had it with our favourite oregano tea and it paired nicely… now for vegan banana nice cream. BIG THANK YOU 🙏 ❤️

I'm not a vegan but I made this guacamole recipe and it was DELICIOUS! I felt healthy eating it and it didn't have a chance to turn brown because I ate it all within a couple of days.

🥑 Avocados contain Persin which can cause vomiting and diarrhea. Not all dogs are sensitive and if KoKo is not experiencing these symptoms and he is not given too much, KoKo should be just fine. Relax Ya’ll
She shouldn't give avocado to the dog at all! Definitely not the guacamole since hers has onions.

That looks delicious! Avocados and onions can be toxic to dogs. I wouldn’t give any to my dog.
PS. I made this for dinner tonight with slight modifications because I don’t like spicy food and I ate it with chips but it was delicious!!!!! It took more than 10 minutes but I’m a slow chopper.

It’s difficult because it’s not natural. Don’t do it. Look at her, her skin is sunken, dry, wrinkled. She has no muscle. Her hair dry and turning gray (she wears extensions.) Watch sv3rige ex vegan testimonies and see what this does to people. Kristina is being dishonest.

Would parsley be a good replacement for the cilantro, or is it ok to just leave it out?
Parsley is very nourishing but I am sure you can modify the recipe to what you have and like. I think I would add lime juice and garlic.

@@LorraFae I am from Brazil and here the vegetables are sold just like the way the are collected... It means, lots of earth, bugs, dirt, and germs. Life isn't spoiled and easy like in the US, darling. So, yeah... A long time to wash, dry and cut them. 🤷🏻

That variety is a favorite. Since Covid-19 though I've tested negative, I've been looking a little chubby around the middle though I can't be eating that many calories. It's an improving balance but I'm wondering if anyone could figure what my trouble might be. I figure my body though it's testing negative is still rebalancing stuff going around and I'm still trying to get my kidneys to fully filter. I do a lot of fast paced work, but currently it's some arm moves and just a little footwork, so the next possibility is I'm actually getting too many calories or it would be better if my body could move more. I'm not entirely sure. I'm not sure what to say to superiors at work as some cells that require more movement are twelve hour cells, maybe reduced to ten. If ten, maybe some days I could trade places. It's so odd. I wish there were productivity studies that involved ideal diets like this too. I'm the only one I know of eating raw vegan with fruitarian fasts. Fortunately, everyone is respectful enough about it.
