Thank You! I considered trying to add some of the variation of the song heard in zero mission. But I didn't feel like it fit. Still. I'm happy you enjoyed it! If you're looking for more retrowave Metroid stuff, I also did a more conventional synth cover of the Super Metroid opening. And I'd also suggest listening to Luminist's Metroid covers!
Nyeh.. the "clap" beat ruins it for me. If it were more Carpenter and less beats it would have been perfect. Remember that Kraid's Lair is composed like a Waltz... doesn't need more.
I appreciate the criticism! This piece is a good few years old. And while I am personally still satisfied with it as the “dance remix” I intended, I’d certainly not be opposed to attempting something a little closer to the original version. Especially as I’ve only gotten better with my music.
FINALLY!! A retrowave cover of some Metroid music. Outstanding. I can only wish it was longer. Thank you so much.

Kraid driving in a drop top Porsche in Miami Beach, while Samus Aran is rollerskating on the sidewalk wearing a slingshot bikini.

...someone please draw this. I need it in my life.
That poster image is awesome!
Thank you. Slapped that one together myself back when I made the song.
@@quinnmichael4565 I get it. It's supposed to be an Alien poster reference. With the egg and all. Very retro.
@@Trepidateousflesh Sure is! Was a ton of fun putting that picture together
Very cool!
Thank you!
Nice remix, dude! SYNTHWAVE IS THE SHIT!!!!!
In space no one can hear you scream
Fun but bring it together better
