Thank you. I just hooked them up. Your directions were awesome and very helpful. Nicely done. These lights are a blast. I set the app as well with your instructions.
I'm thinking of getting these, but I need to know: How long is the USB C cable that goes from the control unit to the lights? I realize both lights are connected to the control unit, so how long is the USB C cable BEFORE it splits into two (and connects to the lights) and how long is the cable AFTER the split (and connects to the lights)??? Cheers for any info.
I am playing in a dark gaming room cause the room lighting is so intense and bright it messes up my 4k tv image while playing. Playing in dark room is very stressing for my eyes so i wonder if these bars will help with eye comfort while playing with my room lights shut down and help my eyes not to get fatigue from night gaming. Tnx
How is the white light on these? I know sometimes it can come off as more a light blueish tone, but I'm looking for a real solid white - do these perform in that way? Any help appreciated thanks !
Hi, these look great! Got a question. I was thinking of fitting then behind my floor standing speakers, what is the max distance I can have between each light unit when all connected? I have the Immersion on my TV already so just looking to brighten up my speakers when just playing music.
*Warning to viewers* These Plus Light Bars (H6056) are actually a *DOWNGRADE* (depending on your needs). If you're looking for ambi-light on your monitor or small tv then you should get the Govee Flow *Pro* Wi-Fi TV Light Bars (H6054) that comes with a camera, enabling it to accurately react and match the colors on your screen.
Do these work with the color on your TV? For example, let’s say you’re in a super green forest will the lights also turn green or will they turn random colors not sure if I saw them mirroring each other did someone chime in and let me know please I am trying to buy some thing that mirrors my TV colors. Any helpful advice would be great. Thanks everyone
It would. I had some lights on my other TV that were stuck on with 3M stickers and I took them off after 3 years, and I had to use a tiny bit of a vinger solution with micro fiber cloth to fully get it off.
@@TrendingReviews why they can't do this via an app like the Philips Hue Play Bars I don't know. Requiring a camera is probably putting a lot of people off.
Some segments on my light bars flicker every few seconds for the few minutes after I turn them on, which is annoying. Anybody else experience that? Can it be a faulty ac adapter?
WARNING ! if you are going to use the 3M mounts .. use some painter tape to identifies the location you want them ..once these are on they are not coming off ..
WARNING VIEWERS! This Flow Plus light is not picking up the colours function properly. The small TV’S is from 27-45 inches. But if you want to buy it... Buy the GOVEE FLOW PRO LIGHT BARS. Not the PLUS ONE’S.
@@TrendingReviews Good to know I have the Govee Glide... and was thinking about these or Govee LED Neon Strip Light as a secondary light as the Glide is near the ceiling.
The pro only handles up to 60hz though so is a bit pointless if you want for modern 4k 120hz gaming plus the pro doesn't look anywhere near as accurate as philips ambilight
Hi I bought the Govee Flow Pro light Bar a month and a half ago not going too upgrade any time soon till the lights has worn themselves out. What I don't understand how these Govee Flow Plus work without the camera to see what colours it can see and then transfer the colour to the lights, how does it work without camera? Good video. Keep up the good work
As a lamp, very cool! But the colors on the tv and computer are not even close to the light coming from the light bar! It almost looked random with zero sync! 😳
The colours do you not sync with whats on the screen, as thats not what this is built for. It doesn't have that capability, so thats why you see zero sync. :)
@@TrendingReviews But for what is it for, if not for that? Random colors on the wall..?? 🤔 don’t see the idea here? The Govee Immersion tries to replicate the on screen colors, but this lamps just do random colors… why? Every music sync bulb can do this! I don’t get it.
Yes, its just for backlighting for monitors and TV's, and even if you don't use scenes that change colors, it will be more just for ambience. Yes, some might say theres plenty of other things that can do that, but I guess its mainly for design.
Hello mate I use a headset on PC would this still work with the lighting going to whatever is on the screen or do you need to get sound to the box for it to work
Hey! These actually don't match exactly whats on your screen, it just displays colors you select from the app. But it can sync with sound only when its played out loud - so wouldn't work if you use a headset. But if you have your headset on, you can just set it as a static color or theme.
I like how "Alexa" was muted, probably helped a lot of people lol
That was the aim haha
I definitely dont think these are an upgrade for TV lighting as they don't mirror your TV colours. Super cool lighting tho🤘

Thank you for the feedback, glad my video helped!!

Very helpful excellent review!
Thank you!!
I just bought mine after watching your review. No regrets after all!

I just got these. Hoping they’ll be here tomorrow 😎

between each light unit when all connected? I have the Immersion on my TV already so just looking to brighten up my speakers when just playing music.
Hi! Great question. The max length between the 2 light bars is around 2.6m.
Hope that helps!
@@TrendingReviews thanks buddy!!
No problem!
can you use this on a 43 inch tv with the color matching fro, the camera I mean
*Warning to viewers* These Plus Light Bars (H6056) are actually a *DOWNGRADE* (depending on your needs). Thanks for highlighting! I intend to get this solely for music synching as I already have the Philips Hue for ambi lighting on my computer monitor
I love that your channel is called “be mindful” lol
And some people don't want the sync function due to the ugly camera.
Can you get 2 colors stable on the same light like on the cover of the box with the blue/pink
Yep, there is that level of customizability on the bars within the app.

you would need the flow pro for that which has a sensor-like thing mounted on the top of the screen, not this one
@@CristeneAnne thank u
Where is the WiFi located in this version? I know the Flow PRO has the WiFi inside the camera but the Flow Plus doesn't have a camera.
dumb question, will the 3M sticker eave a residue on the back of the tv if you were to remove them?
It would. I had some lights on my other TV that were stuck on with 3M stickers and I took them off after 3 years, and I had to use a tiny bit of a vinger solution with micro fiber cloth to fully get it off.
So is the difference between the pro and plus just the camera not bring included?
Yeah pretty much! One allows you to sync the colours on the TV screen to the lights of the bar, whereas the Plus doesn't.
@@TrendingReviews why they can't do this via an app like the Philips Hue Play Bars I don't know. Requiring a camera is probably putting a lot of people off.
I ordered the govee flow plus light bars today on Amazon and I got a 5£ voucher so I PAID 59.99£ instead of 64.99
Quick maths 🤤
How long is the wire between both bars?
Some segments on my light bars flicker every few seconds for the few minutes after I turn them on, which is annoying. Anybody else experience that? Can it be a faulty ac adapter?
How do I get my Bluetooth speaker to sync with light bar?

Could you put these behind you? Do they have to be near the computer? Reason being I would like to use them as back lighting during my streams.
You can place these as close or as far as you want from the computer, its totally up to you!
@@TrendingReviews Good to know I have the Govee Glide... and was thinking about these or Govee LED Neon Strip Light as a secondary light as the Glide is near the ceiling.
What was the setting in the app that you used on the lighting demo?
Can I use it threw usb to power on on the back of my tv instead using a power outlet ?
Unfortunately not - it has to be powered by the AC Adapter.
Can they sync with my light strips so they’re the same color as what’s on the tv screen?
Unfortunately not.
Kind of watched this on low volume so idk if I missed it but do these actually follow what’s on the screen? Or does the Pro only do that?
from what I’ve seen only the Pro with camera can do this
Only the pro does that, as well as the Govee Immersion Light Strips, which also has a camera with it. I have a video on this coming out this week!
The pro only handles up to 60hz though so is a bit pointless if you want for modern 4k 120hz gaming plus the pro doesn't look anywhere near as accurate as philips ambilight

I does not work without camera. Without, it is only an effect 😉
Wait a minute what inches of your LG tv?
The TV experience is rubbish. It's not synched to the screen in any way and is just random. Very distracting.
What demo is that

Yes, from my understanding they have only one cable

This is not an upgrade to the pro edition… you should really correct this statement which is misleading…
Your TV seems to be crookedly placed.
