In 2022 i started experiencing severe body inflammation, reacting to foods, pains at kidney area but labs and scans couldn't find the cause, after research i started adopting low carb, Protein diet which seems to improvemy symptoms...
Current labs show WBC, HAEMOGLOBIN are constantly low, low magnessiym, Hba1C 5.4%, Bp 99/50 and EGFR constantly dropiping from >100 now 86.
2024 But still Doctors can't figure out what's wrong with me...
Sleep issues, Weight and muscle loss, reacting to food etc
Any suggestions? Could it be CKD? Autoimmune Disease?

I'm sorry you're going through this. Based on your symptoms and lab results, a few possibilities could be considered:
      Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD):
EGFR dropping suggests possible kidney function decline.
Kidney pain and abnormal blood pressure could be related.
      Autoimmune Disease:
Symptoms like inflammation, food reactions, and low WBC may suggest autoimmune issues (e.g., lupus, rheumatoid arthritis).
      Nutritional Deficiencies:
Low magnesium and low WBC could indicate malabsorption or inadequate intake.
Low carb diets might lead to deficiencies if not balanced.
      Chronic Infections:
Persistent low WBC could point to a chronic infection affecting your overall health.
      Adrenal Insufficiency:
Symptoms like low blood pressure, fatigue, and weight loss might indicate adrenal issues.
      Suggestions:
      Comprehensive Evaluation:
Consult a nephrologist for kidney health.
See a rheumatologist for autoimmune testing.
Consider an endocrinologist for adrenal function and metabolic concerns.
      Nutritional Support:
Work with a dietitian to ensure balanced intake, possibly reintroducing some carbs if appropriate.
      Monitor and Manage Symptoms:
      Track symptoms and labs regularly.
Consider anti-inflammatory diets like Mediterranean or low-FODMAP if reacting to foods.
      Holistic Approaches:
      Ensure good sleep hygiene.
Manage stress through mindfulness or therapy.
Early and accurate diagnosis is key. Seek specialists and insist on thorough investigations to get to the root of your issues.

Check your oxalates. Especially if your feet feel like walking on glass shards. Oxalates can build up in your kidneys and joints, all over your body. That's what happened to me. I was eating an excessive amount of potatoes, almonds, nuts, basically everything with a lot of oxalates. As soon as I quit all that I felt like a million dollars.
