I'm a grumpy old man, but seeing that little girl all grown up and looking so very beautiful brought a tear to my eye. I remember finding y'all's Arms Family channel a few years ago when I was looking for kids hunting videos. Watched EmmaLee shoot her first buck, followed shortly by her dropping Ugly Stick in his tracks. Been hooked ever since by y'all's genuine goodness and faith in Christ.
Just think...the day is coming when she will be looking for another special dress, this one all in white! Hope we are all there for that blessed day! Peace and love to you and yours!

It’s wonderful to see how proud of your daughter you are! She is lovely! My daughter Emma rode our friend’s Morgan stallion in the breed exhibition at the California Horse Expo when she was 22. I was only more proud of her when she graduated from UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. And yes, she is beautiful too❣️

Emily is a beautiful young lady. Our daughter was picked as Homecoming Queen in 1993. It is exciting but eshausting. We were lucky cost wise also as we found a dress just the color she wanted on sale for $30. Now you realize this was 30 years ago and that was still alot of money for us at that time. As it turned out our celebration stretched out as the day of homecoming it rained and they cancelled the parade until the next Friday. Took some of the enjoyment out of it but was still a wonderful experience and as parents we were so proud of her. May God continue to bless your family and I enjoyed watching this video as your children are the best part of you and Daniel.
Saw Cody, but had to go back to find Houston. EmmaLeigh looked gorgeous, but OH those skirt lengths the girls were wearing! I wonder what they and their grandchildren will think in 30, 50, 70?? Years!

Daniel, DeJay, You were both Emmalee's age. You know where the minds are of these young guys, and some girls too. So Daniel, buy some pigs, if no pigs, make sure the shovel is handy, shined to a glimmering gloss, and the action on the 12Ga is oiled to perfection, because the guys are gonna be beating down your door! She is such a beautiful young lady. I was impressed with the young man who he was escorting got queen, and he moved over to Emmalee so she would not be walking alone. I love the home town vibe, it is all but gone in the town I live in.
The young man moving over is scripted so that that happens. If the king and queen come from separate couples, the young man and young lady that aren't king and queen become a new couple so the group stays even.

They're actually instructed to do that. If the king and queen are chosen from other couples, the remaining young man and young lady form a new couple, and it's the young man's responsibility to move over to the girl. I did this stuff for 16 years, and it's all got to be carefully scripted to make it work. Lots of effort goes into something that lasts for less than 15 minutes.
