If he was looking for a dishonest answer, he would also ask her about cases that were not reversed. In that way, he could more accurately judge her ability to remember the truth of her own history. Clearly, she quickly mimicked Hillary Clinton by saying "I can't remember." Would that seem less than honest to a casual observer?
@@BrokenGlass2024 I'm sure you know that guilt is in the hands of the jury but, of course, if the judge is biased that can certainly be reflected in the jury's decision. Then there are sentencing guidelines and some judges could certainly skew one way or the other. So, if you have any validated instances of this judge's bias in those ways, bring it on...we'd all like to see it. Without those validated instances, all you have is a grievance.
