- My fault for pulling up on elevator too harshly and going full "throttle up" to recover. I must admit I am a wheelie fanatic when it comes to aircraft and fortunately it is possible with this jet. Hope to fly again with new fuselage and tail before week is out. More wheelies coming up! Great flying jet. Two thumbs up!

I wouldn't use reverse thrust, because it really comes in slow with full flaps and a lil power..
Aero braking without an airspeed indicator is a difficult and tricky business, but you seem to have it figured out as well as anyone. I’m sure Hootie is suitably impressed even if he won’t admit it.
FThe next video will be learning to parallel park your F9F Cougar in downtown Manhattan.
Noticw landing gear doors open when he is on the ground, there is a switch inside that will close the doors one the gear is deployed..

Nice flying. Sorry about the crash. Another thing I noticed is your main gear door is not 2 staged. Did you plug them in the wrong port on the circuit board?
No. In fact the flaps did not work at all until I found one of the flap wires plugged into the wing board with the wrong polarity. So could be another error from the factory. This was a PnP jet
@@buddy1065 Maybe you just have to cycle them gears. So the door starts sequencing.

Nice flying! Glad you have it figured out. She'll be good as new with the ordered parts. Curious...can you bypass the gyro? I'd prefer AS3X simply because I'm familiar with it and can program it the way I want.

Stall warning! Stall warning! It took time for the EDF to spool back up.
Dang it! Its always hard to determine, do I throttle up and risk the stall or chop it and take the smack down. Or throttle up and push the nose down.These are usually the questions I'm asking myself as I break out the glue.
So u where taking off one way then landing the wrong way with the wind ?
It was hard to see the crash. After repair, you landed perfectly. What happened to the first landing? It looked like you did good, and then?
I was just trying to wheelie on the maiden otherwise it would have never happened. I wasn't yet familiar with the flight characteristics. I think I still need a few more flights to be more familiar with it.
