Cenobite and demo would work too since their powers aren't horrible with spawns or placements, but again theres never been a licensed killer added for the first time either.
Pinhead and Myers...although... Imagine the chains of Pinhead trapping or slowing down people and then tier 3 Myers oneshoting the poor survivors. Damn, their powers would probably be nerfed if those two were allowed in the 2v8.

I don’t think adding Jigsaw to the game would be a good idea. Despite being responsible for many deaths, his intentions were never to kill people in the first place, instead he wanted people to realize their mistakes through his games and learn to cherish their lives. Him sacrificing survivors for the entity wouldn’t make any sense. This might also be one of the reasons they added Amanda as the killer instead of John.
I know that a lof of people (myself included) want Arnold's T-800, but I honestly would be happy with just the metal terminator limping from the first movie. I think it's different because in the original contracts for licenses, they knew that the survivor will be appearing alongside other survivors from different licenses, given the normal 1v4 base game. The 2v8 gamemode now adds the possibility for multiple licensed killers to appear alongside each other, something that was likely not covered in the original license deal.
