But really, I've always thought the Trapper should have the ability to throw traps down in a certain radius. These ones don't last indefinitely compared to normal traps but they don't slow the killer down
Honestly, a good half of the Killers I get matched with feels like they got less than 100 hours in the game. I'm not blaming them or anything, we all started somewhere, it's just a little frustrating when I got to juggle 7 Survivors at the same time while they get 1v1ed at shack for 5 minutes straight.

@@spiritupgrades People are allowed to be bad at the game, and new to the game. I think any reasonable person can tell that this player is new and learning, there's no reason to be so pressed. Scott isn't shaming this person. He wasn't even annoyed, just joking about it because he realised it was unwinnable and it was a funny/goofy match. He himself acknowledges that it's just a new player since there's not really an MMR so it's just luck of the draw

My first killer game in (this iteration) 2v8 was with Billy and I was super rusty. My teammate was a Huntress and I ran into walls probably 20 times that game because I am not used to the new billy and the turning rate. We still won though, got 8k with 2 gens left. I wonder what they were thinking, if they even noticed. I still got quite a few downs and mostly defended a bunch of gens that were right next to each other. The survivors probably thought that was my first hillbilly game or that I was drunk
haven't played in while but holy shit the moaning of the husk being played has to be one of the most annoying bugs I have ever seen (or rather heard in this case) how the fuck did they choose to add spirit to 2v8 and not fix any of the crippling bugs they keep adding to her especially this one that is most likely really easy to fix from how easy it is to reproduce

I played a lot of matches today with my friend and he was very rusty, we had a couple of good games, but in a lot of them I felt like playing alone and not being able to apply enough pressure with chases that last 10-20 seconds.
What’s the best killer pairing ? Any advice for do’s snd don’t. Been enjoying 2vs8 but don’t have a solid plan as of yet. Had back to back to back 7,7,6 as a hunt/Billy combo but can’t decide if splitting up, hunting in a duo or gen area defense is the way to go.
You kind of want to be a little bit flexible with what your doing. Sometimes you'll find yourself chasing 1 survivor and your co-killer will reveal 3-5 auras nearby and it can be worthwhile to change up what your doing and go for the target rich environment. Other times you'll be in a position where you notice survivors keep going back to a particular generator so patrolling back to it can be a net gain. And other times you'll just not have any targets in sight so you'll want to spread out so you can cover as much ground as possible. That said I believe Huntress to be the best killer for being flexible due to her unique ability to chase multiple survivors at the same time with mid-long range hatchets, though it heavily depends on the huntress players skill. It's best to pair mobile killers (Blight, Billy, and Wraith) with huntress so they can capitalize on stray hatchet tosses from across the map and also they kind of act as a roaming aura reveal which gives you more opportunities to get in sneaky hatchets.
Depends on the killer. I’d say Billy, Huntress, spirit and Deathslinger should focus on downing as much as possible, while the others should focus on pressuring survivors AND the gens. If possible you should try to maintain a 5 gen cluster when one gen is left to do (not ideal admittedly). Kicking gens is often pretty valuable for the aura reading, but kicking every gen you see can often be a time sink. You really can’t go too wrong in terms of combinations, except maybe Trapper and Deathslingers, as their kits don’t really have any particular synergies. Edit: just realized you could drag a healthy survivor to a bear trap for a free instadown.
I havent even bothered playing killer in this mode. Wait 40 minutes to get into a match, get paired with someone who just got the game, lose in 5 minutes, get t-bagged at the gate and repeat.

I don’t know what you’re talking about. I have only run into one bikini spirit and she wasn’t that good. The others though, they knew their stuff. Ironically some were the snake skin

New killer game mechanic: share powers. Now the Huntress can throw traps and Trapper will set hatchets on the ground
I like that idea. I would prefer if the other killer can set up trapper's traps or carry hatchets to give to the huntress when close by

In my experience more people who typically never play killer play during 2v8 because there is less stress on them.
