Hello Everyone!
Today I unbox the Mavllos Plume UL Spinning Rod, this is a tappered rod like the OCKA and Ultima but with fairly different action.
As I mention in the video they have 2 rods on the Plume name, both 6' or 1.8m and available as spinning and casting rods
All of them are have a Toray 40T Carbon construction.
Take a look of this rod in action! - • Fishing the Mavllos Pl...

I would love to try the spinning version. I think the spinning version is the stand out rod between the 2 to be honest. More unique and lighter
And "cheaper" to run since you don't need a very good reel to go on the lower weights.
Are you planning to do a review of the Mifine Ghost Blade rod Ricardo?
D€p€nd€$ 😆 that's actually my actual limitation
Thanks for post, and glad you compared to Mifine. I was looking at the PLUME to cast UL lures, mostly jigs. I discovered Mifine later on. I still haven't bought one yet. Between the two what would you suggest for casting lures 1 gram and under?
The plume is a bit faster and has more range of casting weights what you pay more from a Mifine rod you get it with the Plume.
For 1 gram and lower, buy Mifine Illusion slash. Best rod for this application
I have one, and yes it's a bit more suited for ultra low end of weight but I can't really deny the range of this rod.
Greetings! Recently, I accidentally broke the tip of my Daiwa Ninzia Z 602Ulfs microjig rod with a 1-6 gram bait test. That's why I'm looking for a new spinning rod. Tell me, what is the structure of this rod? Moderate, Fast or maybe Extrafast? Your video is very useful for me right now. I will wait for the test on the water!
I would call it moderate fast since it can cast such low weights, had no problems hooking 5cm fish 😂 and could feel bottom composition even fishing in a ledge!
@@RicardoReviewI use jig heads weighing from 1 gram to 4 grams. Do you think this rod won't overload with this weight?
No, I tested medium diving 4,5 gram crank bait against the current, the rod bent a bit but didn't lose the feel. Jigs will be much easier.
@@RicardoReview Thanks! And prosperity to your channel!
Thanks!
