It Happened! Elon Musk Revealed BIG Upgrade 2025 Tesla Semi: Production, Price and 3 Hidden Specs! Tesla Semi has never been sold at $180,000; it is more expensive, and Dan Priestley confirmed there will soon be a new version for this big rig with a price enough to make the transportation industry race more fire.
It Happened! Elon Musk Revealed BIG Upgrade 2025 Tesla Semi: Production, Price and 3 Hidden Specs! Compared to other Tesla models, Elon Musk has always been secretive about Tesla Semi’s price, even though the quantity is only about 100 units currently, but we have good news that Semi Trucks are being produced again at Giga Nevada before Sleeper Cab Version release.

Drivers Are Required to Take Breaks, The Challenge is to match those break time with Suitable Charging Stops, so that a short break equals a top up, without the driver having to hover around his truck while "Fueling." Last detail submitted on this, from Tesla, was a Plan from Sacramento to Giga Texas and down to SpaceX in Texas. That would be "First Route" Suitable for their Semi, with others to follow. Haven't heard any details on its progress so far. seems like they are still taking baby steps on this venture.

What is the Tesla Semi's body made of ? Aluminium would be light but way too soft and delicate for a truck. Steel is heavier but must be pained. Last is stainless steel which is also heavy but impervious to weather but difficult to work with - it can't be pressed and the Tesla Semi has lots of curvy panels. In the beginning all Tesla Semis were buffed stainless steel but now they are painted white, red or Pepsi livery.

The significant weight of the batteries in electric trucks presents a limitation on their overall cargo capacity. Due to this, these vehicles may end up primarily transporting the weight of their own batteries, which, in turn, reduces the available capacity for carrying goods and materials. This aspect may need to be addressed in the design and development of electric trucks to optimize their efficiency in transporting cargo.

The Tesla Semi is ready to ramp, along with Cybertruck, as Tesla increases margins and cuts costs. Does nobody understand that Elon is producing this semi for his own "X" enterprises, which consists of one of the world's largest trucking fleets? Does anyone understand that every semi Tesla produces drops their own operating costs? Few recognize the 'tonnage' of materials from 'dirt-to-delivery' for the operations of Tesla and SpaceX. So, whether Pepsi or any client buys Tesla's semi, Tesla's internal demand will only rise as the EV and Starship production grows. Logistics and supply-chains are crucial to the success of any manufacturer, and the Tesla semi is targeting Tesla's bottom line; cheaper transportation, and driving diesel in the dirt.

No way would I go into years of debt to buy something that has a limited lifespan when I can drive an ICE vehicle for many more years as long as I maintain it properly. I bought my home for less than an EV costs. My present vehicle is a Honda Odyssey that will likely last the rest of my life. I can drive across the country without worrying about finding chargers. Battery technology simply isn't green in any way so EVs are basically a lie. But the world seems to be dead set on reaching net zero intelligence.

Better yet what kind of dunce would manufacturer a vehicle without an infrastructure to support it. To say nothing of the absolute jackass who would buy it?
Build the infrastructure first before you need it. The type 2 Tesla charger has a demand of 19,200 watts. The average home uses 1,214 watts. To charge a single car requires the wattage of 15 average homes. Go ahead build a charging station in you neighborhood, without an upgrade to the infrastructure first, and watch what happens every time you try to make a piece of toast.
