      Thanks for your kindness.
      Thanks to your tutorial, and having red all the manuals, it's all quite Cristal clear, and I'm pretty happy.
      I use it through Boss Katana 50 mk 1,no effects loop, straight in front, with no amp simulations, basically just a pedalboard.
      The only thing I can't get is : can I assign one specific overdrive to ctl 1 or is it just a generic OD solos?
      I mean, not engaging the OD from the chain, but use 2 overdrive like 2 tube screamer, one in the chain and one when engaging CTL 1.

      @@davepilgrim5798 - Hi again, Dave.
      Thank you, I greatly appreciate that - it helps the channel growing!
      No problem, I'm always happy to assist.
      Fantastic, that's really great to hear!
      Superb, you have got the setup dialed in correctly - I'm glad to hear that.
      You can assign any of the OD/DS effects from the selection, but you can only use 1 at a time, so no OD/DS stacking...
      There isn't a SUB OD/DS category, like on the GT-100, GT-10, etc.
      However, you can set up an Assign, to switch from one OD/DS type to another, if that's any help?
      I hope this helps.
      Let me know.
      All the best.

    maybe one you can help with? I want to use my amps tone and distortion.
    I kind of want my patch to have the CTL button as a solo button and then have the wah
    BUT the issue im having is when ever i turn on my amps distortion the delay becomes VERY harsh. so its subtle when my amp is on clean but very very boosted when i distort my amp

    Great video thanks. Just wondering is it possible to fully move the individual effects around within the chain. Random experimentation sakes.

    • @GuitarNTabs
      @GuitarNTabs  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi there,
      Thanks for your comment and question, as well as your kind words, I greatly appreciate it.
      The effect blocks are moveable, yes. Once you place the cursor on them, you should see an option called "Move", and that will allow you to change the effects around. That's a great feature, especially for experimentation.
      I hope this helps.
      All the best.

      So when you change around the signal chain, the order of the physical buttons below will not be the same as the order of the effects on the lcd screen right.

    • @GuitarNTabs
      @GuitarNTabs  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@accentontheoff - The physical effect-buttons will stay the same, but the signal chain within the GT-1 will be changed, if you moved any of the effect blocks around.
      I hope this makes sense.

    Great video! I have one question though, you said delay and reverb are always last, does that mean that they can't be moved? Would it be possible to place a distortion after the reverb?

    • @GuitarNTabs
      @GuitarNTabs  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Johannes.
      Happy New Year.
      Thank you for your comment and question, I greatly appreciate it.
      All effect blocks can be moved within the Signal Chain, so if you want a distortion after the Reverb, then you can do so.
      Talking about pedal/effect placement, it's also a good idea to have time-based effects, such as Delay and Reverb, placed as the last pedals in the chain, so you have delay and then the Reverb.
      I hope this helps.
      Let me know if you need anything else.
      Cheers

      @@GuitarNTabs thank you for the reply, that's exactly the information I needed, gonna get one now. Considering fx order, i know that delay and reverb traditionally should be placed last in the chain. However, i want to use it for shoegaze, a genre where distortion often comes after reverb. Happy new year to you too, liked and subscribed l!

    Nicely explained! Just a question tho. How many effects can we use at once in the signal chain?

    • @GuitarNTabs
      @GuitarNTabs  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thank you, I appreciate it!
      You can have the 6 FX blocks on at once, then you can use the GT-1's assigns to change the parameter, switch between effects, etc.
      Very versatile.
      I hope this helps.
      Cheers.

    Good video. Can you have 2 delays in the chain to play Hank Marvin style for example?

    • @GuitarNTabs
      @GuitarNTabs  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for your comment and kind words!
      Sure, two delays can be done, you can use the dedicated DELAY-block, then the SUB DELAY in FX1/FX2. In theory there's also a delay "hidden" in the REVERB-block. So if you wanted, you could have up to 4 delays!
      I hope this helps.
      Let me know if you need anything else.
