I've resorted to full blown tillage as a problem weed returns to the farm. Plus, we finish seeding our 2023 Barley.

Henry, you need to get yourself a saw bench. It’s much more efficient than a chainsaw. Also, a wood splitter is pretty essential too. Those that attach to a tractor are quite reasonable to buy. Hope the family stay warm during these cooler winter months!
