Thank you for sharing! Yes, some restaurants have separate menus and it's great having everything on menu without having to search the full menu and sift through what you can't have.

I just started going gluten free and also dairy free (im lactose intolerant) so its been super stressful
Ive already had some emotional breakdowns mainly cause ive been super stressed and i just moved in May to a new home and i have severe anxiety issues so its just been not good mentally for me

It sounds like you have had a few very challenging months! I'm sure moving on top of chaning your diet so drastically at the same time has been hard. You're now a few months in your new home so I hope that you are settling into it and feeling less stress about the move. In regards to the diet, it is a process but I know you can do it! It will take some time so don't be too hard on yourself. It will get easier. Gluten free foods are much better (and more plentiful) then they used to be. While we don't have a dairy free house, I still like to try dairy free product sometimes because good food is good food! Planet oat has some good dairy free Ice cream options and recently my move tried a plant based cream cheese that she said was good. Hang in there and feel free to send me a comment if you have any questions! Thank you for watching and sharing your story!

@@daniellebennis2126 I'm sure after being with one family for so long this has been a huge change for you. Sometimes when I get stressed, I try to take some really deep breaths and slowly release them. It helps me to calm down and relax a little bit. I hope everyday with your new family gets a little bit easier for you!
