The most realistic animation and accurate representation of the sinking would still go to Titanic: Honour and Glory, 2024 sinking animation. It’s coloured, very smooth, and the animation is the most realistic i’ve seen. This videos animation is good and would be even better with colour, but wouldn’t ever beat the animation made by Titanic: Honour and Glory
@@handsomemann01if you mean the ship itself, probably, if you are talking about the sinking animation, I can tell it’s in Roblox, the ship was just made grey and the lighting have no shadows, etc.
Want to point out some unsung heros of the titanic. The engineering team stayed in their stations, using the last of her steam to power the ship to keep the lights on for as long as possible, also controlling her ballest tanks to stop it from tiling when taking on water. That allowed all lifeboats to be deployed on the left and right sides of the ship. When they were finally told to leave their posts, all lifeboats had already gone. None of the engineers survived the sinking
Ngl, this is so accurate and just fire in general, if you colorized the model i would watch it all the time, (would also make it an S on a tier list, but in this form its an A)
Pretty great. My only recomendations for improvement would be having the 4th funnel break off in the descent, lights going out in sections. Keep up the great work :)
Hi, I have a question about the theory, It shows the starboard (In several gameplay videos I saw) list to get over 5 degrees and get up to 8 degrees? I was wondering if I could ask about the logic for the starboard list being this heavy, for example, if their were any accounts that suggest it? Great game and video aswell btw, keep up the great work :)
@@lochlanmuir2291 I agree with their being starboard list after collision as many witnesses testified it. What I meant was for it being 8 degrees, if there were any accounts of it going over 5 degrees? 5 degrees comes from testimony of Quartermaster Hitchens about the captain noting a 5 degree starboard list at 11:45 - 11:50.
Did they make this song for the game? if so that is INSANE dedication, it is incredibly hart to get an entire wind and brass band to make a song for a Roblox game.
Right, it was both. She listed to port just slightly prior to the collision due to the shifted coal from the now-extinguished coal fire, but all of the water entering the hull on the starboard side gave her a list in that direction. Around the time Scotland road began to flood, she returned to something of an even keel, more or less. Either the unhampered flooding of Scotland road or the opening of the D deck reception room's gangway door (it's not entirely certain the door was actually left open, there's conflicting testimony) gave the ship a strong list to the port side. Right around the time the wheelhouse went under, the ship lurched back to something of an even keel and stayed that way until she broke apart and sank completely.
@@SaraRoseVaughan we know the that the gangway door was probably opened that night, however there's conflicting testimonies on whether or not it did stay open. I do not think it remained open due to the fact that lifeboat 6 couldn't have been lowered down if it was.
@@PietroLombardo-b4c The door is open on the wreck, though that could be a case just like the blown out cargo hatch- blasted off its hinges by the sudden shifting of water inside the bow.
Can you add back the other style sinkings like a night to remember, titanic 1997, james cameron 2012 and v-break whilst also new ones like titanic 1953 and roy mengot 1985?
@@Rudnaz_127 Just to clarify a few things: 1. The 1997 Theory and the James Cameron 2012 Theory have been added into the game. With 1997 being most beloved and the 2012 Theory being almost accurate with a few inaccuracies. 2. The game is striving for accuracy and we are reliving a tragic event that happened back in 1912. The V-Break Theory has been widely debunked by Titanic experts and historians, it also doesn't align with the evidence found at the wreck site. A Night to Remember, although considered the most accurate in terms of character portrayals, is however inaccurate on how the ship sank, as it doesn't have the ship split in two near the end. This was because at the time, no one believed that the ship actually split despite many survivor testimonies saying so. That is, until the wreck was discovered by Robert Ballard on 1st September 1985, revealing that the ship had indeed broken in two. 3. While it would be fun to play, it's best if we rely on accuracy rather than inaccuracy, when the game is supposed to be a memorial to all those lives lost. It would be kind of disrespectful.
this might just be me, but the port list looks a little too much also if you can it would look a lot better if you could make it look somewhat jagged when it breaks, because it just being flat looks a little weird
the port list is supposed to be that high. its what the survivors said happened there are nearly 20 cases of survivors saying that they thought the ship would capsize, a 9 degree port list is way too little to cause that. The list you see here is 15 degrees
I disagree. Here is my logic and reasoning - Several accounts from a range of angles said they saw a third section. Other survivors testified different break locations which can be accounted for with sections. The wreck even supports this. A counter arguement is how would it end up where it did. Here is my logic for this. As said by another enthusiast, the forward tower is 4km under and 600 (i think,) metres from the wreck. It would only have to move forward by 1 metre every 6 metres it goes down. If it slid partially into the sea, this would give it more likely to get their aswell. The corridors such as the promenade would allow for water to flow through rather than build up. Their would be not alot of drag even though the current would be going the opposite direction due to layout. It might have also collapsed to the starboard side when it broke off to account for how it was far east when the ship listed to starboard in break. Another counter argument is how would the survivors who said it broke forward of the third funnel not notice the break location having moved back. Here is my logic. The bow would have seperated before the tower fell showing a break infront of the third funnel that they would have noticed. Some said it broke in the middle. They would have guessed it broke their, for example Arthur Bright instead of being more specific that it broke forward of the third funnel as the third funnel falling could have confused them as where it broke. They would have also used the funnels to dtermine break location so wouldnt be a 100% sure where it was as thee third funnel fell. Those who said it broke forward might not have noticed due to the funnel falling that there was a break behind and those that did could have guessed it was engines breaking out and not thought it was actually a third section. Those that didnt specifiy or said it broke in the middle may have said this as they werent able to determine break location due to third funnel falling and tower breaking off so guessed it broke in the middle OR didnt say.
I feel that none of the sinking theories ever understand that, the breakup has to be at a point in which boilers spilling out would be visible, because some survivors actually saw that. So essentially the breakup, down to almost the Keel itself needs to be visible above the water line for at least a little bit.
I assume you are referring to Frank Osman's testimony, where he says that it seemed to him as if the engines slid out onto the bow. However, he was not in a good position to see such a thing, as Boat 2 was facing the ship from an aft-starboard direction, and close to it as well. He could've just heard the sounds of the breakup and assumed that the engines slid out (which is somewhat accurate, as the forward starboard engine is thought to have slid out during the breakup). Also, it would be pyshically impossible for the stern to settle back with the lower decks almost completely exposed.
@@CPorter Perhaps, but his testimony indicates that it only appeared as if debris was sliding out, seeing as he uses "it seemed to me" before describing it.
this theory is based off actual reserch and analysis. not your stupid 1997 theory. time to wake up people. this is based with survivors in mind not action.
@@Wolfric_Rogers no it didn't. If it did then there would have been more eyewitnesses to it. Most eyewitnesses thought they heard something breaking up but didn't witness anything. If the ship broke at such a steep angle there would have been no doubt. In the meantime until the ship was discovered it was assumed that it sank intact. And after further Evidence was found at the wreck it was determined that it was impossible for the ship to have achieved such a high angle before breaking apart. The new Theory based on evidence is that the propellers were barely out of the water when it broke apart
