I reckon this animation of the sinking is probs more accurate than James Cameron’s 1997 film; there’s no way the ship’s stern could rise that high as it did in the film without snapping.
At the time, that is how they thought the Titanic had sank, so that is how they filmed it. It was later determined that it could not reach the angle portrayed in the movie. I am sure that if 20th Century Fox (Disney) were to hand James >$1 Billion and 2 years of his time he might laugh at your face and then actually be willing to redo the whole back end of the film. James would call it the special and unnecessary edition but he might do it.

I think overall it was a very good animation and recreation of the sinking of the ship, however there are some details that are inaccurate. 1. Probably the biggest for me is the fact that the ship broke just a tad early. From what I’ve seen, the ship did not break until water was near the base of the 3rd funnel. 2. The scene with the man under the water is very cinematic, however the lights in the bow section would have been off because the water had short circuited them. 3. Final critique I have is the lack of a list. The ship had a list to port until the final plunge began, after the plunge started the ship had corrected itself and sank with no list Despite my criticism, I still think this animation is very good and enjoyable to watch! I was literally thinking about this animation the other day, and how it was the best one I’d ever seen of the titanic. Glad to see it pop up in my recommended!
In this poignant and heart-wrenching animation, emotions swirl and tug at the strings of your heart. The sinking Titanic comes to life in a way that touches the deepest recesses of your soul, evoking a profound sense of sadness and empathy for the passengers and crew who faced an unimaginable tragedy. With every stroke of animation, you can feel the weight of the historical event, and the visual storytelling transports you back to that ill-fated night. The haunting music and carefully crafted scenes infuse the video with a sense of melancholy, leaving you with an overwhelming sense of loss and reflection. As the ship majestically glides across the screen, you can't help but become immersed in the lives of those onboard, making it all the more heartbreaking when disaster strikes. The animation captures the human side of this catastrophe, making it more than just a historical event-it becomes a deeply personal and emotional experience. Yet, even in its sorrow, the video serves as a reminder of the resilience of the human spirit. It urges us to cherish the present, appreciate the moments we have, and empathize with the struggles of others. The tragic tale of the Titanic becomes a metaphor for the fragility of life and the importance of valuing every precious moment. Prepare yourself for an emotional journey unlike any other. This touching animation will leave you with a heavy haeart, but it also stirs within you a sense of gratitude for life's blessings and a renewed appreciation for the ties that bind us all as fellow human beings. A true testament to the power of art to evoke deep emotions and stir our collective humanity. 🎥💔🌟(I am Sri Lankan)
Wow! This is the most realistic animation i've seen about the Titanic sinking! I love the way the funnels fell the break and the way people fell off the side! Great work! I also loved the way the ship hit the iceberg and the water busted through into the boiler rooms! Fantastic!
That's really impressive and a much more realistic and accurate version of the sinking compared to James Cameron's Titanic movie. Even the people on the ship look more real. Great job guys 👏👏
The day will come when we will get the same detail about the Twin Towers. What it may have been like for people as they collapsed. It probably won't happen for a couple of generations, but the day will come. You did great work.
I have noticed the from the wreck sequence to the very end of the video the whole ship was mirrored. You can tell by the last resting location and the gymnasium room on the other side of the ship. You can also notice the nameplate on the back of the ship is mirrored.
By far 1 of the best animated renders of the Titanic out there. The attention to detail is just mind boggling. You really put the heart & soul of the ship in there by the forms of the passengers & crew going about their daily lives, as well as the horror of trying to escape when the ship was sinking. I really loved the underwater shots of the interiors showing the crew hard at work. The only fault i found with this is that the mast on the wreck was on the wrong side.
Another brilliant animation, I am inclined to believe the manner in which the Titanic sank in this depiction, is most accurate. Something about James Camerons Titanic Sinking, seemed to me to be exaggerated, I mean, it is Hollywood, so what do we expect. this was fantastic. an event in history we should never forget. because, I didn't need to happen! If not for the arrogance of the upper-class of the day.
As someone who has been fascinated by Titanic for most of his life I do like this animation. Yeah it's not James Cameron's depiction of Titanic which is not the most historical accurate from modern studies. I do appreciate the hard work and dedication that went in to making this, it's not like most depictions of the sinking that we see on youtube.
To be honest James Cameron also took inspiration from one of Ken Marshall's most famous illustrations. Marshall is one of the most well renowned Titanic illustrators of the time, he worked closely with Rob Ballard as well. Marshall's depiction is exactly what we see in James Cameron's film because that was what was believed to have been how Titanic sank in the time the film was made.
Hi! I am a Disney Master Animator, and Special Effects Artist, and my professional opinion is that this is the most amazing Visual Graphics event, I have ever seen, of this!!! I especially like your "Drained 3D Titanic" video, too. Never have i seen such detail, in 2 videos of this, AND, you are the first I've seen, that pointed out the discovery of the 3rd middle section that was found. Titanic broke into 3 sections. Anybody out there, go see this other video of theirs. The Detail is unreal!!! Amazing work, gentlemen, and if you don't work in the Motion Picture industry, YOU SHOULD BE!!!!!
in most theories about the sinking of the Titanic, the break happened between 3rd and 4th funnel, although it is not confirmed 100%. but most simulations depict it that way. a very impressive display. nice
Possibly the most comprehensive animation I’ve ever seen of _Titanic_ and each of her circumstances leading up to her loss. I actually enjoyed every second of this particular video, and I applaud you for the patience it must’ve taken for you to create it. Excellent work.

Great work! in case anyone doesn't know, though, this is very sped up, Titanic took 2.5 hours to sink. Otherwise it's very realistic to the events of April 15th 1912, as far as we know now.
Most accurate depiction I’ve seen. James film is based on what he picture happen and yours is very much accurate to what really happened. It’s still horrifying that most the people couldn’t make it off the ship still being trapped. Do Edmund Fitzgerald next.
i could really watchsuch a great animation like 2hours. that would be really nice to see all thoose rooms flood two hours, and then her final moments. really nice especially with the guy underwater looking back at her flooding bow. ^^
Terrific..I loved that it didn't feel the need to over exaggerate the ships angles during the sinking. I Could have quiet easily watched a longer version.
I don’t think it would’ve broken up that low in the water. That’s my only distaste for this, I believe that when the first funnel fell the water that poured in making a torrent of water helped drag the bow under, the stern still full of air would rise slightly higher, but because of all the heavy equipment and air, the structure begins to fail, and it breaks in 3 sections.
This was excellent, but one part likely missing was once the ship sank under the water there was an implosion with the stern creating a loud boom that surviving passengers heard.

Out of all that happen , what made it even scarier is that, it all happened in pitch black. Imagine the fear caused by not being able to see that y’all are headed towards a cold and wet death
This is already way better than most sinking animations I've seen 1. There are actual people, and that actually walk instead of gliding around 2. Water physics, instead of the water being a flat plain that phases through the ship 3. The model itself physically breaks apart, instead of looking like it was built with the idea of snapping by the shipbuilders 4. There is more outside detail, especially on the stern, that nobody else has done so far - There all a few inaccuracies, but it's all minor stuff that doesn't really get in the way; I'd love to see more!
Can't even imagine the scenario when the stern goes down with people literally falling into the sea with it, in front of the people who managed safely into the lifeboats
This is the best LOOKING animation I've seen of the sinking so far. I would like to see it in real-time with complete sound effects and the music that the band was playing on the deck!
@@jkadoodle If there are captions or narration describing everything that was going on from collision to sinking synced with the time that it took place it can be quite fascinating.
This is one of the most beautiful animations I think I’ve ever seen. There were a few missed details, but this is far more accurate than most other animations! You gotta do one for the Britannic so that we’ll finally have a good animation for Titanic’s sister
Titanic Honor and Glory are working on an extremely detailed Titanic sim. They already have a sim out that lets you experience the sinking of Britannic on Steam (well worth the $15). THG has real time sinking of Britannic and Titanic videos.
The ship sinks too fast here, and the sea was flat as a pond that night. This is inaccurate. However, the scene of that guy underwater watching the ship going down in front of him with all the lights on, is truly haunting - and spectacular!
This is a really good animation! A few of the details are a little inaccurate but I can excuse it because of the great job it was overall. However, I wished it was longer and told more of a story of the progression of the flooding and what was happening at each stage. A 30 minute animation, even a 20 minute minimum would have done the trick.
To be fair Cameron's film was accurate from the era when he made the film. Part of his inspiration for the sinking was derived from the depictions from the well known maritime painter/illustator Ken Marshall. He worked closely with Rob Ballard when his team first discovered the wreck in 1985. Kens most famous works depict the titanic sinking in exactly the same way as shown in Cameron's film.
I like that you have the Blue Ensign flying at the stern; merchant ships always used the Red Ensign, but a rare exception could be made if the ships' Captain and at least 10 officers had served in the Royal Navy. Captain Smith had served in the R.N., so he had the rare distinction of being permitted to fly the Blue Ensign on a merchant (non-warship) he commanded.

It just amazes me how that iceberg happened to be there in the middle of the ocean and that one only. It’s so incredibly sad how one moment can just change everything. Sad. I’ve been looking at titanic for years and I’m only 17.
There was a field of them, they just weren't packed together or anything. The Californian had made an iceberg warning and come to a stop. Titanic as a much taller ship assumed they had good visibility and enough time to spot and avoid icebergs, but weren't aware of the false horizon cold weather phenomenon
Real time sinking animations: Titanic: "Must... stay... afloat... a bit longer...!" This animation: Titanic: **hits the iceberg** "Ah, I'm die, thank you forever."
Titanic only needed 3 chimneys, but the shipyard's chairman Lord Pirrie thought that a fourth chimney would make the ship look even more powerful if possible. The fourth and aft chimney was a dummy and was used for ventilation of the engine room and main galley.

Fantastic!
looks good but it's definitely not the most realistic one.

The last smoke stack was actually just for looks. It was used for ventilation. But no smoke ever came out of it
It did, but just barley. It isn't noticeable unless you're up close

Yes, it did have some smoke outflow, Maureen.
Why are you making statements about a subject you don't even know the basics of? 🙄
As someone who has been fascinated by Titanic for most of his life I do like this animation. Yeah it's not James Cameron's depiction of Titanic which is not the most historical accurate from modern studies. I do appreciate the hard work and dedication that went in to making this, it's not like most depictions of the sinking that we see on youtube.
we are always looking to improve. thank you for participating. soon new productions.
I don't think water had that much pression getting in :))
Most accurate animation of Titanic. With out producer without director without any kind of big team. You did this man, good job.

Amazing work, gentlemen, and if you don't work in the Motion Picture industry, YOU SHOULD BE!!!!!

in most theories about the sinking of the Titanic, the break happened between 3rd and 4th funnel, although it is not confirmed 100%. but most simulations depict it that way.
a very impressive display. nice

Very well done! I especially liked the view below decks where the outer hull became transparent.
Great work! in case anyone doesn't know, though, this is very sped up, Titanic took 2.5 hours to sink.

Terrific..I loved that it didn't feel the need to over exaggerate the ships angles during the sinking. I Could have quiet easily watched a longer version.
Thank you friend for participating. I hope you like the other productions too.
The last chimney was actually for show and it didn't have smoke coming out of it. It was used as ventilation.

The 3 chimneys were missing from from yesterday's ship but the lines I saw today we're horizontal

A very nicely done video... even if not completely accurate. You should be proud of this work. Thanks for sharing!!
Out of all that happen , what made it even scarier is that, it all happened in pitch black. Imagine the fear caused by not being able to see that y’all are headed towards a cold and wet death
This is already way better than most sinking animations I've seen
1. There are actual people, and that actually walk instead of gliding around
2. Water physics, instead of the water being a flat plain that phases through the ship
3. The model itself physically breaks apart, instead of looking like it was built with the idea of snapping by the shipbuilders
4. There is more outside detail, especially on the stern, that nobody else has done so far
-
There all a few inaccuracies, but it's all minor stuff that doesn't really get in the way; I'd love to see more!
Titanic animations’ video was far better.
Example of water physics: There are walls on the forward well deck, and you can see that the water does just phase through them, it rushes over them.

Beautiful yes; but it DOES omit the "Hard a Port" maneuver to prevent the entire starboard side from scraping the iceberg.
Titanic Honor and Glory are working on an extremely detailed Titanic sim. They already have a sim out that lets you experience the sinking of Britannic on Steam (well worth the $15). THG has real time sinking of Britannic and Titanic videos.
@@robburns4176 I’ve played the Britannic sim. It’s AWESOME
The ship sinks too fast here, and the sea was flat as a pond that night. This is inaccurate. However, the scene of that guy underwater watching the ship going down in front of him with all the lights on, is truly haunting - and spectacular!
He looks so imposing and majestic, who would have thought of the tragedy and horrendous fate that awaited them?

There was a field of them, they just weren't packed together or anything. The Californian had made an iceberg warning and come to a stop. Titanic as a much taller ship assumed they had good visibility and enough time to spot and avoid icebergs, but weren't aware of the false horizon cold weather phenomenon
The Titanic was in the middle of an ice field. It's not like there was just one ice berg, there were lots of them in that area on that night.
They did say God couldn't sink the ship but then guess what happened
UNBELIEVABLY realistic animation. VERY well done...!!!
Какой же он красивый!!! 🫠
Real time sinking animations:
Titanic: "Must... stay... afloat... a bit longer...!"
This animation:
Titanic: **hits the iceberg** "Ah, I'm die, thank you forever."

Titanic only needed 3 chimneys, but the shipyard's chairman Lord Pirrie thought that a fourth chimney would make the ship look even more powerful if possible. The fourth and aft chimney was a dummy and was used for ventilation of the engine room and main galley.
