Consciously everyone says it doesn't matter. Subconsciously everyone has had some influence due to the environment. How well is the answer dependable depends on the character of that person. Caste no matter but money matter for girls
Because I'm a Shrestha, I took notice when the girls said they like Shresthas. I grew up in a foreign country and only recently learned about caste, so I thought Bahun would be the most preferred due to being the highest tier caste.
Mostly matwali girls like Shrestha
Shrestha is a highest caste of Newars. They are Maithili Kshtatria nobles and ruled Kathmandu valley for 700 years. They are richest group in Nepal after Marwari.
I was surprised too ke. But I guess Korean drama and all that shit has finally opened eyes of many girls in Nepal and now they are preferring Mongolians boys more than ever before.

I've seen some Newars taller than most bahun guys, so bahun guys being usually taller than other Nepali guys is nonsense.
