Emmy's are fine but they really don't mean anything. And more well known for drama, except for Veep which means 9 times out of 10
I remember the last year she was eligible she lost to Merritt Weaver and Weaver was so shocked she didn't give a speech she just walked off stage. I WAS SO PISSED

Just wanted to add: what makes that joke so perfect to me is the way she delivers it. It’s a joke but she really makes me believe that she was there with them (if you try to read the line out loud yourself you’ll see it’s hard to do). And at the same time, the way she says it is like reminiscing with happiness (like she was happy for them). Even though the writer was dragging the Backstreet Boys, she wasn’t. It didn’t come from a place of hatred for her (which is rare for her character!).
I know I overanalyzed this one line to death but I just love everything she does. It’s like when she was teaching Tracey to enunciate. Every line she delivers is perfect.

IMHO, Jenna is the ONLY 30 Rock regular who NEVER failed to nail her delivery - not even once in ALL those episodes. Can't say that for anyone else, no matter how great their performances. And not just her lines - but her delightfully nuanced, character-driven reaction shots are as consistently brilliant.

It's a hard decision to make, that being said, this is absolutely my all time favorite comedy. Not easy to decide. It had to compete with Arrested Development, The Office, Parks and Rec, Louie, South Park, Always Sunny, Archer, Modern Family, Futurama. Others I'm sure. But 30 rock is my favorite. Not a bad character on the show. They are all amazing. I'd have to say Jack is my favorite though. Tracy and Jenna are both very close behind. I'd straight wreck miss Maroney. Am I Right? (I'm suddenly rethinking and I think Tracy is my favorite. He once watched a pack of wild dogs take over and successfully run a Wendy's...hahahahah)
