Nice roaster. My Uncle made one with a propane burner, it works perfect. His roaster does not require the pig to spin on the spit. The pig is placed on top of the grill with baking pans under the pig, the baking pans are filled with 1/4 water. The pig is cooked at 300 deg. F. We cook a 45 to 50 lb. Pig in about 3.5 to 4 hours. The result is even cooking crispy skin, and no break in the skin. Nice golden color on the whole pig.
Good job on the narration. I'm glad you gave it a personal touch by acknowledging your nephew's contribution and that you keep the chit chat short and sweet. This is an excellent example of how to make and interesting and informative clip.
WRONG DESIGN PIG ROASTER SHOULD NOT BE CYLINDRICAL. IN THAT DESIGN YOU CAN'T EXPECT A CRISPY LECHON. ROASTER SHOULD BE FLAT AND RECTANGULAR WITH WIDTH OF 1.5 METERS TO HAVE MORE AREA TO PUT THE BURNING CHARCOAL ON BOTH SIDES OF THE LECHON WHILE AT THE ENDING PROCESS OF ROASTING.
