Oh man yeah I’ve had sleep paralysis before, it’s horrifying to be honest. Luckily all of those times my eyes were closed so I didn’t have to deal with any visual hallucinations, instead I got very loud auditory hallucinations akin to cymbals
Even if you aren't afraid, you still feel a vibrating, buzzing sensation, and uncomfortable pressure on your head. Its 5x worse than nightmares because you are awake during it
I just had one rn and I felt like someone was walking behind me and as it got closer towards my head I feel like I seen the shadow getting bigger and so was a really loud buzzing sound and as soon as the get to where my head was it’s like they turned around and walked away and the buzzing became more distant but I still could not move and it was really scary and this is like over my 15th paralysis and some I usually get back to back the same night.
Haha, I was scared shitless for that fucking doll as a child. Even now, being an adult, my heart temporarily stopped when I saw Chucky in Ready Player One at the cinema! I probably won't watch the new Chucky film, no way.
it just feels like you made the decision that you want to physically move and do something but you forgot how to do that, forgot how to use your nerve system
I haven’t had a sleep paralysis for years but I still remember how terrifying it was, especially when I tried to move and started panicking which made it a lot worst.
You can come out of it. Can you please see this video? th-cam.com/video/66G9N6wLHxE/w-d-xo.html . Play it from 1:01:00. It's about how this person came out of sleep paralysis.
chinlane game depression and just “being depressed” are two different things depressed is a temporary feeling of emptiness while depression is a mental condition that will make you will empty, tired, angry, hopeless, hateful and many more things for no reason other then being psychologically damaged.
I think its also important to note that not all people with sleep paralysis hallucinate demons or things of the such. I have sleep paralysis and I have never seen, heard, or felt anything while paralyzed. I am unable to open my eyes while paralyzed so that might contribute to it, and I also rarely ever get dreams in the first place.
Thank you, I was looking for that comment. Like why is everybody talking about some demons when for me being awake and unable to move is terrifying enough
@@fant0n Agreed, I have been looking for people who cant open their eyes as well. the only time i felt pressure on my chest during sleep paralysis is when my dogs were literally siiting on my chest.
Exactly, so I don’t really get scared of em/kind of like it at times. One time I got really freaked out cause someone was in the room with me but I couldn’t see/move for them as I just look asleep. It made me think I was gonna be like this forever or smth 😂😂
Every time i get sleep paralysis i always see a monster made from hands and today i had it and i saw the same monster next to my body sized pillow and also a loud banging sound outside my door and very loud footsteps
Yes it does. And if you get more stressed and anxious about it, chances are you'll have several occurrences back to back with only a few seconds in between.
Lol really, that's why I've never had it. I just never stress... Probably not the reason. But I am only 13 so I will probably have stuff in the future I can stress about.
I’ve had sleep paralysis right before I had to get ready for school and I remember a dark figure telling me to wake up in a woman like voice and to get ready for school. My body didn’t feel like getting up until a loud beeping noise happened. Wait that was just my mom trying to wake me up for school
ive been it it before i dont see a demon i just cant move but some how and some way i always break out its like im not scared or panic i just wiggle my toe and arm and stuff
same but with nightmares ... like i used to get nightmares a lot and whenever i tried to get out of the nightmare i always got sleep paralysis. it’s the worst thing ever
Ι have had 7 sleep paralysis experiences, and after the 5th it was not that bad. I still got a little bit scared, but I reminded myself that this has happened many times in the past, and it is going to give me another fun story to tell my family and my friends.

I get it a lot but I started getting used to it so it’s not that scary anymore I’m just like “ohh it’s this shit again” it’s still terrible tho my head hurts like hell right after.
ImJustTooGuud literally... first time I got it I thought I was being haunted... but since I started getting it sometimes 4/5 times a night. I’ve started learning exactly how to control/stop it. Still scary tho 😂
Honestly I'm past it I get sleep paralysis and I just look the shit in the face like"nigga is this just your main job, let me sleep" then go eight back to sleep
I have been suffering with sleep paralysis for for as long as I can remember. Virtually every night I have vivid dreams that are almost like a continuation of what happens in reality. My dreams are generally about situations that happen with the same friends that I have in real life. I am now 87 years old and I often dream about friends and family members that have passed away. The dream paralysis is always in the morning when I wake up and they happen when I am crying out for help in the dream because of a situation where I need help in the dream. In the dream I am crying out for help and the next thing I know I am desperately trying to wake up always saying “help me…help me” in my dream and trying to scream out the same words while I am trying to remove blankets and get up. I desperately try to move my arms without success. My dreams are not scary as they often reflect what’s going on in my life at the time. Unfortunately I have them periodically but at least two or three times a month.
I’m 35 and have sleep paralysis almost every night. And I am also a vivid dreamer , always have been. Everyday I wake up and remember like 3-4 dreams .
Exactly!!! The creature in my dream is very persistent to show its existence. It's a scary silhoutte of a tall, dark, furry creature (like a gorilla) with a red glowing eyes. The more I stare at it, the more it comes closer. 😥
Depends, there was one that made me felt like I was in a forest, and it honestly feel like I got misplaced in a soothing environment. Others are shitty though, stressful and I have no control over anything but watch
One of my best ones was feeling like a real warrior.i could feel and see every movement. And control what I wanted to do.My others where just straight up freaking nightmares that I couldn’t control too.
I've had sleep paralysis multiple times occasionally, but never hallucinations, probably because I sleep on my stomach and I am very nearsighted and while I almost always wake up on my back, every time I get sleep paralysis, I'm sill on my stomach.
my ones so far have all been mostly terrifyinggg. My first ever sleep paralysis, I could "see" but I'm pretty sure my eyes were closed irl (ie. all in my head). I was lying and on my side and could hear a man breathing behind me, with his arm around my waist. Needless to say, I was terrified. I tried to turn around to look behind me, but of course, I couldn't. The other one, I was in my room and there was an earthquake, but I couldn't move. My entire room was shaking violently but I couldn't do anything. What makes mine so terrifying is that they all occur in my room, but the "scary" things that happen aren't supernatural, so it feels very real. Another was similar to the first, only it felt like someone was sitting on my stomach (like a small child). And my most recent one was okay. I woke up, and couldn't move. But this time I was prepared and my brain immediately went, "right, this is sleep paralysis. You've been through this before, just try to wiggle your fingers and you can break out of it." But yeah, all the times the only was I got out of paralysis was when I tried to move my fingers. If I successfully did it then my body would do that weird knee-jerk wake-up reaction thing, and kick me out of it.
Recently, I learnt that it's possible to feel pain from your hallucinations during sleep paralysis, and I've been so scared of ever getting it for the past few weeks that it actually came true. I've never had it before now, but tonight, I fell into sleep paralysis for approximately 10 seconds. Luckily, I kept calm and managed to avoid hallucinating anything, and I managed to wake my body up by trying my hardest just to move a pinky. I'm sort of glad it happened, because now I at least know what it's like, but now I ain't sleeping tonight. I had no idea I could make it happen out of fear of it happening. Actually, I did hear faint screaming, so i guess I had an auditory hallucination.
Do the sign of the cross like orthodox Christians do , as the trinity burns demons , also do the sign in all sides of your room and house, and do the Lords prayer and read psalm 51
@@BrandonMontejo305 I got sleep paralysis 3 times, one after one, in 1 day-i usually get it 3 times a month- and what happens is that 24 hours later, I got it 3 times again, but the thing is....I was sitting. I couldn't open my eyes, couldn't move my legs- and I was sitting !!- but I could move my right arm(only that) when I wanted to stop it, I moved my right arm-but I couldn't move it that fast, I moved it like a sloth-put it right on my eye, and took the eye lid up, and instantly...my whole body moves.
@@msgbbx1860 you can't move, it will become hard to breathe, you will see some spoopy things coming into your room, maybe you will even feel phantom pain if you have a really bad sleep paralisys soooo, free horror movie
It happened to me twice and believe me, those scientists know nothing about what is really going on, It happened to me once before I got saved, I was maybe 12 I was awake sitting at my bed and instantly I fall and I just can't move, I start saying the name of God and I would feel the kindness and the love of God but some contradicting force was trying to push me to say Satan and once I said his name I felt this anger just put on my spirit and it was just terrifying, And that happened for couple of minutes before it went away and I never spoke about it because I was so scared, And before two years now I became a disciple of Jesus christ and I started listening to Jesus christ and do what God wants, and I was sleeping and I just saw myself awake and I was cursing at Satan and telling him to leave my house and instantly a huge force just hit me in the spirit like a train and I was paralised for few seconds, I used the name of Jesus christ, and it instantly stopped, Demons fear the name of Jesus christ and will never be able to barke because Jesus christ is our hope and as long as we are with him, no Demons can hurt us.
@@jesuschristislord9013 I had a dream, someone was playing demonic music, & I felt the presence of a demon, & I woke up wanting to rebuke the spirit, but I couldn't so you need to give the night to God, & get your spirit man ready for a fight.
@@jesuschristislord9013 bruh, our minds are more complex than u can imagine, all u went through was psychological, u were thinking the whole time, it's exactly what he just explained, there's no mystery in that. I went through that 2 weeks ago and since I know how this works I wasn't scared at all and didn't have any hallucination, I just patiently and calmly waited about 2mins till my muscles woke up, I only kept breathing smoothly and deeply so that I'd remain conscious and not fall asleep again while I waited.
In my case, I think that Aliens took me to experiment on me and the didn't calculate the drugs good enough so I wake in the middle of ther experiments and they have to rush things up so I don't realize what they were doing lol
So i had this sleep paralysis thingy,i saw a shadow watching me,i tried to call my mom but i cant let my voice out,and at that point,i knew that i was in a sleep paralysis...I can hear footsteps, breathing. My only advice is to relax your self, Don't panic. Try your best to move your pinky finger (it will help you wake yourself). And pray before going to bed.
I tried to love but I cant. Then i panicked then my heart rate increased. Then I felt like I cant breathe, so I just calm down and cursed sleep paralysis in my brain.
2:32 Hahahh I'm one of the 20% who actually enjoy my sleep paralysis episode. I always roll my eyes when somebody says it's the scariest thing in the world 🙄
I've had sleep paralysis twice ever since I was diagnosed with anxiety . It's the scariest thing. You can't move no matter how hard you try. My monster was a man with super thick eyebrows and a wide mouth and he was really tall. He just stared at me and got closer it felt like it lasted forever. Then he was all up in my face roaring in a deep voice. This went on for the rest of the night. I was mantally screaming but nothing came out. When I finally woke up I cried and I couldn't sleep for days. Its a horrible experience and if its never happened to you then you are lucky. Edit: It's always that man. And apparently I'm not the only one who's seen him. I'm going to therapy now.
Death Experience is more terrifying than sleep paralysis, it's 100 times more scary and painful than sleep paralysis.. The Departure of the soul from Physical Body
@David Bush i had it like 5 seconds, just i couldnt move anything and felt pressure on my chest and then heard scream, then it stopped..i cant eyplain thiss
In my experience, I’ve been told by others that when i have sleep paralysis I make a noise out loud, then jump up really quickly, I absolutely hate it.
UNDERTALE REFERENCE, YES! XD funny, since i said in another comment that i would probably have sleep paralysis about that undertale chara scene or something\
After it happens to you after so many times, it doesn't become scary, just an inconvenience. I either try to shake my face or just go back to sleep. I used to miss classes from time to time
For me, when I get sleep paralysis I am fully aware of it and so I tell my body to move my body parts so I force myself out of it. It's actually kinda fun to do and in some cases I can actually control when I get sleep paralysis. But I've never seen any black figures or anything
Dont you hate when as soon as you think about going to sleep you think about if you can catch yourself trying to go to sleep, and when you try to go to sleep, you think about it, and it messes your sleep up?
It is caused neither by demons nor by your brain: You're actually partially outside of your physical body in this state. If you encounter horrifying things while in sleep paralysis, those are just manifestations of your own fears, nothing threatening. Be courageous and stay calm and focus on trying to leave your physical body to induce an out-of-body experience. It's really amazing and fun. You are an immortal non-physical being having a temporary human experience, and learning to leave your body gives you the opportunity to find out what you truly are and lets you freely explore the entire universe.
I keep getting this sleep paralysis it's our own Imagination well what I'm doing is I'm Imagining funny faces in the terrifying monsters I saw HAHAHA...

I'm actually scared I'm almost ten and I was crying cuz I watched way to many sleep paralysis vids and then I searched it up and when I read something, it said "Can Demons kill/hurt you while you sleep?" So I clicked on it and it said yes but when I read the whole thing I was sooo relived, it literally said "no demons can't attack/kill you while you sleep!" And I was crying and thinking I will always sleep with someone till I'm 30...
when i was 10, in my dreams, i was going to be beheaded. but suddenly it popped, oh its a dream going on, it won;'t hurt. to confirm, i pinched myself (in my dream) and i said wow, it doesn;t hurt, go on......
Damn most people had some dark scary shit happen to them during sleep paralysis but when it happend to me I was just unable to move and my heart was pumping, I was so scared because it was pitch black so I took a deep breath and forced myself to move to the right then everything was good, I didn’t see any scary shit tho
I'm 15 year old and i had it on time and i felt like somebody grabbing my hands and i heard whispers or some creepy shit and i wake up worst sleep of my life.
From the first time i went through sleep paralysis, i've never slept on my back. Always on my side/stomach. Today i went through it again after a long time, and i was lying on my stomach. I could feel some strange movement on my body, i can't even explain it, it was weird and uncomfortable, and i could hear noises in my ears, but i kept my eyes closed since i knew what it was. I wasn't scared for once, i was actually fascinated. The human mind really is something ain't it

Special EliteYT mmmm ur right, ur right.....there many things tht don’t add up, but i think it’s best not to stress over it.....that’s pretty interesting tho, the fact many ppl saw a guy with a hat
As someone who constantly experiences sleep paralysis, Everytime i feel pain or discomfort while in a dream or nightmare, it's always related to my physical condition. I might be sleeping in a position that is uncomfortable to my biological function, I might be in a position whereby I'm not breathing properly and it manifests in my dream. This gets me startled awake and I rectify it. However, as someone who has had hundreds of lucid dreams, I've had lucid dreams and nightmares that have been governed by my fears! In fact, I've had a lot more lucid nightmares than lucid dreams. However, I think I might be a special case since I had celebral malaria when I was young. For those who don't know, celebral malaria is basically a long lasting nightmare. Your brain is infected in that you experience hallucinations of your worst nightmares. You can actually die from the disease itself or from a panic attack from the nightmares you are constantly experiencing. It's a recurring disease but i thank God I've not had it since i was 5. However, I've experienced both lucid dreams and nightmares hundred of times since then. So much that I can't tell if it's because of my past celebral malaria or if it's just normal. The nightmares are not fun because I always feel like I'm dying. The dark figures and demon like creatures are not fun either. It's crazy that I've experienced this hundreds of times but i still dread the nightmare experiences. Sometimes I'm aware of the fact that it's just a nightmare but the fear and dread doesn't go away. It always feels like this is the day they get you! Anyway, I'm always open to new information about this. I hope to learn more from this community!
My story with my first sleep Paralysis which occurred twice I have a big fear of sleep paralysis because of videos I watched and stories I heard So it was a Wednesday morning (today) and I was asleep. I was dreaming that I was in a movie cinema hallway (I know it’s a weird dream) and then suddenly I started to see nothing and as soon as that moment I realised I was in sleep paralysis. I was way too scared to open my eyes as I could hallucinate and scare myself. I had a strong feeling I was awake but not 100% sure. My breathing got extremely fast in fear that my paralysis was so short. I could hear my breathing loudly. It lasted about 5-7 seconds and I woke up that quickly because my sleep paralysis fear and my fast heart beating. I tried to speak when I was right at the end of my dream but I was speechless. Literally. When I woke up, I was really spooked because I never thought I will get it and I was asleep on my side. It was about 5:50-6:00am by memory then I went on my phone. No more than 20 minutes later I went to try and get back to sleep. I was drifting off to sleep and right before I did it happened again. It lasted about 3-5 seconds this time and it was the exact experience, no different except it was slightly shorter. Still on my side sleeping I woke up surprised. I then waited in bed before I had to get up for school. Thank you for reading and enjoy your day. I wish you the best of luck with your sleeping
It happened again today. I was dreaming that I was in a mixture of my school and a horror house and then I thought I was day dreaming at the time so I unthought the dream and then I was frozen and it hurt to move my fingers and toes and my eyes would not open. I could still hear the tv in the background It lasted for 10 seconds this time but I was more chill about it
I had the exact same dream myself! The people in the background shouting “ demon” or something like that, and then you opened your eyes and saw a tall shadow figure hanging over your head buzzing/humming loudly
my sleep paralysis was only auditorial. very thankful about it cause i never saw these black figures. i only heard footsteps around outside my room but never bothered to think who was out there. minutes later, i heard my aunt and uncle screaming for their lives downstairs and suddenly heard 2 gunshots and my aunt and uncle stopped screaming. and then i heard the footsteps by the stairs getting closer into our room so i panicked and tried to wake up my mom and brother because they are right beside me but suddenly i can’t move and i hear a loud eerie static noise, and every time i try to move the noise gets louder and louder, so i shouted and shouted and i could hear my own voice but no one was waking up, so what i did i scrathed my mom’s hand and i could feel it but in reality i wasn’t moving
I never fall asleep on my back because right before i go under i get the falling feeling and shock myself awake. The night i had the paralysis i was on my back!
"age 10-25" "no cure" "caused by - - - sleep disorders" "also caused by - depression or anxiety" *me fitting info all these categories* Imma head right out!
I believe I’ve experienced sleep paralysis a few times but I was never fully awake. My mind is awake is aware I’m trying to wake up but my body struggles to move. My eyes are typically closed and my breathing is fine. I usually tell myself to wake up and keep trying to move until I wake up in a small jolt.
that is how i would explain my experience as well... dunnp if you'll see this comment since its late but yeah. i woke up in my room but everything was bluish and i was aware but didnt feel like complete wakefulness. more like concious in a dream state with my real surroundings. i didnt get scared, just got angry and i woke up after few seconds.
TIP: if you have sleep paralysis wiggle your toes it helps me out!! Also don’t sleep on your back!! I’ve had sleep paralysis many of times but I barely ever hallucinate and if I do I just see a random person looking at me but it’s not scary at all.
ICraveKay I slept on my side and it decreased the amount of times I had sleep paralysis, though NEVER face towards the door, always sleep facing the wall and keep your blanket on ;v
Another thing: Try to sleep with one hand on your head, that way if you have sleep paralysis and can't move, you can wiggle your fingers to help you wake up.
I've had sleep paralysis but thank God I've never hallucinate. Because it seems scary whenever I see other people saying they see random people looking at them.
One time when I was a kid, I had sleep paralysis but instead of like a scary demon it was an old man looking for an outfit to wear in my closet. Wonder how he’s doing now 😌
I've experienced this and its terrifiying, i shouted for my mum, but no sound came out. As silly as it sounds, wiggling my toes helped me snap back to reality
Yeah. I know it sounds silly but wiggling your toes really work. I had my first SP today and I was totally calm and was chilling I only screamed one time bcuz I kinda panicked. I didn't get scared bcuz I knew what was happening 😅
It use to happen to me a lot so I googled how to wake up from it and it sounds funny but it said to try and snork like a pig and it actually worked for me...lmao
@@GalXE-D LMAOO EYE- well it still happens sometimes but i'm not that scared anymore, I got used to it, i just have to wait without doing any physical efforts and I wake up alone.
I had this problem as a child. It happened several times a week. Weirdly I thought it was less likely to happen if I slept on my back. I would feel that I was floating towards the ceiling, I would see the ceiling coming closer and closer. Then I would feel a presence there with me. It was so frightening. Sometimes we would be together up in the dark loft, I would be unable to move or scream. This was the part that was so absolutely terrifying. I'm still feel uncomfortable going into a loft because of it. Occasionally I would float downstairs and see my parents watching TV. It lasted a year or two, I was very young, I guess just as I started to understand reality. I am 53 years old now and it is still ingrained in my memory… It’s strange but I remember the exact moment when it all stopped. One morning (I was looking into the fridge) and just realised that I was now above it, too old for it. I was now in charge.. I knew I was over it. From that day on I never had the experience again.

I can’t move and almost dead
ACTUALLY HAPPENED
This sounds exactly like my sleep paralysis!! Except for sometimes I do have both auditory and visual hallucinations.
I’m 35 and have sleep paralysis almost every night. And I am also a vivid dreamer , always have been. Everyday I wake up and remember like 3-4 dreams .

"20% of people who had sleep paralysis like it"?!
To me that's like saying you like fricking nightmares
I like it it ain’t even that scary and nightmares as well
my ones so far have all been mostly terrifyinggg.
You've been through this before, just try to wiggle your fingers and you can break out of it."
But yeah, all the times the only was I got out of paralysis was when I tried to move my fingers. If I successfully did it then my body would do that weird knee-jerk wake-up reaction thing, and kick me out of it.
*when u think u fell from the bed*

And i saw myself under the bed!!!
What a creepy experience it was
THATS FREAKING TRUE.

It happened to me twice and believe me, those scientists know nothing about what is really going on,
It happened to me once before I got saved, I was maybe 12 I was awake sitting at my bed and instantly I fall and I just can't move, I start saying the name of God and I would feel the kindness and the love of God but some contradicting force was trying to push me to say Satan and once I said his name I felt this anger just put on my spirit and it was just terrifying,
And that happened for couple of minutes before it went away and I never spoke about it because I was so scared,
And before two years now I became a disciple of Jesus christ and I started listening to Jesus christ and do what God wants, and I was sleeping and I just saw myself awake and I was cursing at Satan and telling him to leave my house and instantly a huge force just hit me in the spirit like a train and I was paralised for few seconds, I used the name of Jesus christ, and it instantly stopped,
Demons fear the name of Jesus christ and will never be able to barke because Jesus christ is our hope and as long as we are with him, no Demons can hurt us.

😳😳😳
It is caused neither by demons nor by your brain: You're actually partially outside of your physical body in this state. If you encounter horrifying things while in sleep paralysis, those are just manifestations of your own fears, nothing threatening. Be courageous and stay calm and focus on trying to leave your physical body to induce an out-of-body experience. It's really amazing and fun. You are an immortal non-physical being having a temporary human experience, and learning to leave your body gives you the opportunity to find out what you truly are and lets you freely explore the entire universe.

My story with my first sleep Paralysis which occurred twice
I have a big fear of sleep paralysis because of videos I watched and stories I heard
So it was a Wednesday morning (today) and I was asleep.
Chosen ones
I had sleep paralysis at the same time as you lol
Well... If you are stressed or in pain, pray to God before you go to sleep, it works for me ;)

my sleep paralysis was only auditorial. very thankful about it cause i never saw these black figures. i only heard footsteps around outside my room but never bothered to think who was out there. minutes later, i heard my aunt and uncle screaming for their lives downstairs and suddenly heard 2 gunshots and my aunt and uncle stopped screaming. and then i heard the footsteps by the stairs getting closer into our room so i panicked and tried to wake up my mom and brother because they are right beside me but suddenly i can’t move and i hear a loud eerie static noise, and every time i try to move the noise gets louder and louder, so i shouted and shouted and i could hear my own voice but no one was waking up, so what i did i scrathed my mom’s hand and i could feel it but in reality i wasn’t moving
Yes dont sleep on your back after having your first sleep paralysis it will lead to second one, speaking from experience over 10 years
Shit, I should have known this last night. Experiencing sleep paralysis twice in one night is mentally exhausting.
Oh nice
I sleep at my back all the time and I had sleep paralysis once
i did this lmao, oops.
I never fall asleep on my back because right before i go under i get the falling feeling and shock myself awake. The night i had the paralysis i was on my back!
Naila Jackson I’ve experienced it and what you just said is true p

jordyn.sheets I had it when I was five
I was only like 6 or 7 when I experinced sleep paralysis. ;-;
I Experienced Sleep Paralysis On Age 5 And Thats Terrifying
I got half of those. 10-25 and I am fairly sleep deprived. Plus I want to experience it, and I tend to sleep on my back
I've had sleep paralysis, and it was super scary, even though I didnt see anything scary... I started crying ._.
@Aquira Taylor I sleeped paralysis and i saw someone close to me trying to punch me ._.
ICraveKay
I slept on my side and it decreased the amount of times I had sleep paralysis, though NEVER face towards the door, always sleep facing the wall and keep your blanket on ;v
Another thing: Try to sleep with one hand on your head, that way if you have sleep paralysis and can't move, you can wiggle your fingers to help you wake up.
DB Super Is NOT done 100% by Akira Toriyama I don't have a cock.
You can purchase one.
I've had sleep paralysis but thank God I've never hallucinate. Because it seems scary whenever I see other people saying they see random people looking at them.
I fell asleep, and then I got conscious.
*I can't move my Body*
**Eternal Screaming**
Ha 69th like, Nice!

I see you're a man of culture as well.
One time when I was a kid, I had sleep paralysis but instead of like a scary demon it was an old man looking for an outfit to wear in my closet. Wonder how he’s doing now 😌
And then when you woke up, your closet was empty
Mines was woody from toy story lmao
He died from the yellow v-neck
MrBaapFace I can see that as a terrifying experience
@Cupcake Mines is faces coming out the walls
I've experienced this and its terrifiying, i shouted for my mum, but no sound came out. As silly as it sounds, wiggling my toes helped me snap back to reality
Yeah. I know it sounds silly but wiggling your toes really work. I had my first SP today and I was totally calm and was chilling I only screamed one time bcuz I kinda panicked. I didn't get scared bcuz I knew what was happening 😅
Just came after a sleep paralysis, it was terrifying.
Lol. Did you see the demon?
Gundamguy 2112 noup, I was laying on my belly and I couldn’t even open my eyes.
@@dolcebernie just imagine something good
The state that you live in and sleep in matters...what energies you invite in to the home unknowingly...

I swear to god its happened to me
I just breath as heavily as I can do it curculates all the blood around to get my muscles to activate..
Same with me. I had a nightmare about being eaten alive by spiders then had sleep paralysis afterwards. It's the worst
I am 53 years old now and it is still ingrained in my memory…
It’s strange but I remember the exact moment when it all stopped. One morning (I was looking into the fridge) and just realised that I was now above it, too old for it. I was now in charge.. I knew I was over it. From that day on I never had the experience again.
