The feed is cheap..14.00 for a 50 lb bag but 3 pigs are going through one bag in a couple days..3 at the most. Hindsight is 20_20. If I knew then what I know now lol

I would call your health care provider and make them aware of the situation so they can provide the additional codes. Those “letters” that Quest send are usually just in a fax inbox waiting to be addressed.

If you can finangle the correct code number out of the insurrance company, it helps if you can provide it to the provider. Im guessing that the coding problem began with the offic/ doctor that ordered the blood work. Either which way, keep a recordmof that code nu,ber and if the blood work is ordered again, verify the code number being used before getting the blood drawn.
@@terryhenderson424 gm Terry, I did ask her for the correct code she said she couldn't give it to me but sent me a list of codes for each item that was denied. Quest said it was the providers "fault"
@@budgetfor5withstephanie yep, wrangling code numbers is difficult. Do it whenever amd where ever you can; keep a paper listing off any electronic devices.
