Love these small desktop practice amps? If you do - here’s a whole playlist of them!

Dude I was gonna replace it with a $1000 Fractal FM3 but I really dont need too......This thing is serious! I mean it's not like play an arena loud but man Ill tell you with a mic'd PA, this thing could pass for alot of other amps if you didnt see it. The other thing I like is I also play bass and a hollowbody acoustic, which this amp can run! You cant find that in any other amp.

Ive been playing peddles for years and I have been playing the Spark for 6 months. I love the Spark it is just incredible. How can you beat that. Over the years I have spent thousands on peddles, yet all in one for $250 and I can get the same sound and it doesnt take up all the room. But if fairness I love having the peddles for quick changes. I wish the Spark would make a que list, this way I could set up an entire set list and go from one song to the next with a foot switch

Hi Allen, I always look forward to watching your videos. You entertain me and give me some great information. Your honest videos about the spark gave me inspiration to buy one. I've had it since August and I use it everyday. Now I can jam with Tony Iommi, Jimmy Page, Alex Lifeson and David Gilmore. I also enjoyed your "Video Production" videos. Keep up the good work.

It actually sounded fairly close on TH-cam. Modeling has come a long way. I just changed out a very heavy amp and pretty massive pedal board for a Line 6 Pod Go and a powercab 112. Sounds great and much less heavy

I was gonna buy a spark for christmas, that or a yamaha THR30 mk2. I watched so many videos I went dizzy, but in the end I decided I liked the spark's pretty GUI better, and I prefer the styling of the spark - more like a traditional amp. BUT ... I bought the THR30 ! Why ? Well ... for all the bells and whistles of the spark (and they are nice), I just couldn't live with the bottom line sound of the spark. It just sounds muddy, unfocused and like there's a blanket over it - kinda muffled like it's playing from up someone's gary glitter. The THR30 sounds like I expect an amp to sound, in fact it could use a little more bottom end lol. I hated the price, but in the end no matter how many pretty things the spark has and no matter how much cheaper it is, I had to go with that bottom line sound, 'cos if that ain't right then everything else doesn't really matter much.
I will probably buy a spark, but not 'till I get offered a cheap one. I think they will flood ebay in a year or so, and I can wait.
    Cheers dude !

@ 11:35 "Let's jump right up to the Muff."
That's always a good idea, Alan. But back to the comment, this is a really great video for me, since the closest things I have to any of the amps and effects in the Spark is a Digitech RP-1000, a Death Metal pedal, and an OCD clone, which actually sounds pretty awesome. The models in the RP-1000 have always sounded very close to what they were designed to emulate, and it's good to know that the Spark does just about as good a job. Now, back to the video, or I'll never get past 11:37! 😂
[EDIT] Sorry, I don’t agree - it’s impossible to have “too much muff.” It is, however, possible to have too much furburger. 😂

I have a THR30ii on the way, but I have a strong feeling I'll end up getting this too at some point. I got the Yamaha because I'm sure it will have at least slightly better sound, and for the wireless convenience. However, at the price point the Spark comes in at, it's almost a no brainer purchase. All of those pedals and effects, and the thing barely costs more than a bluetooth speaker! I have a strong feeling that I'll be getting bored of the Yamaha quick, and will be picking this up to experiment with. I'm digging the extra features that they keep updating too, like the jam along stuff. I know this thing is crippled by the bass heavy speaker with it's silly bass port, but I'm thinking I can overlook that. Does anyone here have a THR amp and the Spark? Can you share your thoughts on them? Thank you so much!

This video is a waist of time the spark is made for affordability the pedal board your using easily cost the same as if not more then the amp. The amp was never made for giging and what it does it is doing better then the fender version and the Yamaha version. Its not perfect but its not supposed to be its for modeling
