I have a theory, throughout every change of universe, Colin seems to get high amounts of Deja Vu
I think, the timeloop occurs with not just Alex and Boseman, but Colin too,
the only reason we don't see him is because
a) The screens are frozen
b) The cameras Stop recording
I suspect, when time freezes, he can keep moving. That's why he comments on our behavior, because he knows!

Colin does directly say I think in the attempt in Act 1 of the Timeloop where Boseman tries to tell the crew and whatnot that everyone is stuck in a timeloop because of the Euphoria Device and Colin mentions that Sprongs "are always getting caught up in things like this" and that he's "pretty much immune to this stuff now" among many other examples throughout the various acts
