Thanks for attempting rolling one of Waylon’s strategies with a lower buy-in. Waylon’s strategies seem to work with the bankroll he recommends .

I agree. Waylon has some good strategies and I like to try to scale them down. This one looks like a no go.
2 words for a losing strategy. Ladder and Hedge. You either go light or dark and you will produce better results 99.99% of the time if you ladder or hedge.

That it is. Check out Waylon’s Way Craps for the original strategy. It works pretty good at a high roller table.
the $64 Lay 4 and 10 is why this strategy won't work. these numbers are not rare, there are 6 ways total to make them, just like a 7. usually after 3 or 4 rolls you will hit the 4 or 10, and then you're down $64 (maybe a bit less if one of the other numbers hits) and trying to play catchup, which is not how a grinder should play craps.
So, if I understand this correctly, you'll receive a significant win only on a roll of 2, 3, 9, 11, and 12.
A roll of 7 profits only $8, minus the vig.
This is definitely a very expensive grinder strategy.
You could accomplish the same wins with less risk, if you simply Place the 9 + $8 Horn Bet.
Or, just play the Field for $15 to $20.
You are correct. I don’t think it scares well for a low bankroll. Check out Waylon’s Way Craps for the original at a much higher bankroll.

I personally feel like laying the 5 for $90 is a better play than laying the 4&10 for $60 each.
That is an interesting take. I will play around with that idea.
@@OnPointCraps you add 1 more way to lose with a 50% increase in the overall loss but gain 6 more ways to win by letting the 4&10 win on the field.
