Wow! And here I am still using the old black goop, this changes everything. Just Imagine the easy lighting applications possible and all with no mess or drying.
Being an electronics old student, i can relate to this you can't imagine how. Awesome work. I can't support you with money, but man, i can support you with a like. I surely send this to all my ex fellow student. Thank you for sharing.
This is by far the most innovative creation I've seen in awhile, kudos to you all. A few questions though if I may: Is there any native resistance in the ink? How is the durability of the ink (i.e. how long will it last) and with that, what is the optimal surface material? What are the pros and cons versus using a traditional board?
Im taking circuits I as a intro into my renewable energy engineering program. Are your videos a practical way to learn intermediate/advances systems? Or is this just a simple intro into circuits and how they work and how you have advanced in the working of circuits (i.e. using the carbon tip of graphite as a conductor)? If you cold get more technical, it would be awesome, you could not only bring in a crowd of interested viewers into an advancing idea, but you could help people like me learn harder systems and circuits with easier ideas. I hope you keep it up, and I always look for new ways to advance information. Keep it up, and thank you. Keep studying!
.... what do you mean? you missed the kickstarter... so what? just go buy one of them from their shop. It's better to find out about it later because you can have it straight away.
I bought a basic kit...but it does not have most of the things they show here. .... I will try it today and see what it is capable of doing. I want to be able to show my grandson how it works.
I just thought of a great use for this technology. Not sure if someone else has thought of this so I apologize if it has... Someone should market this towards electrical linemen. Tons of people die from electrocution while working electrical lines. Because electricity always takes the path of least resistance, it would flow around critical organs and through the drawn circuit. Might seem crazy but it might work.
I love your product.. Especially the Pen. But its too costly for an average person like me to buy or even an author to implement this in his books or even schools to implement it in large quantities.. I wish it would be a lil cheap.. Thankyou for making it.. Your Surely Changing the world..
Neat idea for low current applications like small electronics! However, I don't see this really replacing house wiring like I think they're hoping... how much current do you think you're going to push through a trace on paper before you have a fire? lol
Another thought... I have never been very good talking to groups of people, so if I draw a coil around my midsection and hold onto an umbrella, would that make me a better speaker?
How different is this from Chemtronics CircuitWorks Pen? I used one back in the 90's. I remember it dried out and cracked causing intermittent connections. Do you have a different formulation?
Could you provide an MSDS sheet for the liquid? previously silver of this type has been labeled hazardous and carries a lot of restrictions and regulations.
john pitten 1. Define "everybody". 2. A *conductor* leads energy well, while a *resistor* dampens electricity. *The are not opposites*, as you are implying. Rather it is just a matter of how well they conduct energy. f.e. Silver, Copper and Aluminum conduct well, but resist very little. Coal-fibers and various metal oxides are examples of poor conductors, but resist more. 3. My question was referring to the practical application of this particular product.
thekingof7 yeah, true. Graphite is not nearly conductive enough to have any real use. It has some conductivity, but it is very hard to make a circuit with it.
+Art of the Problem I never said you couldn't make a circuit, it's just a lot more difficult considering if what you say is true, that everything is a 100 ohm resistor.
I have two of these pens and they come with no instructions so we were confused as to how to use them. Do we need to purchase YOUR products in order to make it work?🙄. Because otherwise….it’s still just a dream.
amazing. go forth and fund this people.
THIS IS INSANE. YOU JUST MADE EVERYTHING SO MUCH EASIER. This is a must for me and my dad. My dad mostly.
patrickJMT Thank you for your support! Your videos are one of the best math resources out there!
Very clever and original idea! This is so cool! Great job!!!
true, patrickJMT is my best calculus teacher! haha
Why not mix it with a 3D pen and take the next step to, not only revolutionize teaching but also wiring for professionals?
Patrick Benz Imanuel ni'
That is the real future technology!!
Keep uploading ur development. Keep it up👍
This technology must be funded......
This already exists, it's called a pencil. Graphite is a very very good conductor.
@@scootergrant8683 But pencil circuit is not that much conductive and also offer a high resistance.
@@padmalayarawal3091 Still works though and it is cheaper by a mile.
This is amazing, I wish this was invented earlier so I could've used this in school.

Best way to learn and implement electronic circuits.

Love it. Great production on the ad too.

you guys are making amazing stuff.all the best👍
redstone paste!
XD
this is amazing idea!!! I love it!!!
Sounds swimingly super sweet. So swell indeed.
My dad JUST got me one for birthday, it's AWESOME!!!!!!
wouldn't the paper ignite if you used strong batteries or left the circuit closed for too long??
this is honestly the coolest product ever!🔋
Amazingly Simple ! Thumbs Up !!
simply genius !!!
I'd love to own a pen like this :D !
Me too :)
and life will be easier ;)
This is absolutely fantastic. I will buy this.
This is really amazing!
This is really cool!
Love it especially as its non toxic
This is amazing! Waiting for it to get to Brazil.
This is such a fantastic idea!
Totally gonna buy it.
Just take my money already!!! :) love what there doing..
Thanks! Glad you like it. Check out our website to see what else we're up to www.circuitscribe.com
wow so cool this makes me want one i will use it for cards and things i build that is so cool!!

This is soooooooo fucking cool! I've long awaited a creation like this.
why do i keep missing out on stuff by just a few years
.... what do you mean? you missed the kickstarter... so what? just go buy one of them from their shop.
It's better to find out about it later because you can have it straight away.
Josh Taylor
No I mean this would have been useful to me earlier in life lol
that handwriting though...
followed instructions > got a pencil > works awesome
That is absolutely brilliant!!!!!!
I would so buy it..
good and i like your innovative idea. it's the greatest idea and i really appreciate it
Oops. That needs punctuation, here. Wow, so COOL, this makes me want one, i will use it for cards, and things i build, so COOL!!!
I bought a basic kit...but it does not have most of the things they show here. .... I will try it today and see what it is capable of doing. I want to be able to show my grandson how it works.
next question...how does the paper drawn on not constitute a fire hazard. Now I am so curious....must learn more!
Thats awesome guys
I wish my dad was alive to see this
How is this six years old and I have only just heard of it?!?!?!
Super cool!
this is so cool!!
bravo vous êtes très intelligents ! c'est vraiment de la créativité !!
Now Only This Appear !!! I Should Make This In My College Project ... Arduino Board !!! OMG !!!! I Should Meet You Early ...

just discovered this awesome technology. You guys rock! Next question, can this be utilized for scenery design for theatrical productions?
thats pretty awesome!
how am i just hearing about this!? whooa i would love to learn about what we can do with this.
Brilliant idea. End of story. saves so much f&$%ing around
good idea
Wonderful!

wow, studying for electronic circuits would be alot more fun with this pen. Also, can only use cursiva.
This already exists, it's called a pencil. Graphite is a very very good conductor.
The tester show me OL, it not works, or do you know if there are some fakes?
Who did this music? Have been searching for like an hour and cant find it.

Wow is this out already? Also what was the soundtrack near the end
Its too cool! I cant handle it!
Already funded. Mine is sitting in front of me.
What if there were printer cartridges with the circuit scribe pen ink in them?
:)
Cool, cool, cool!!!!
will this change the way phones are made for example?
Wow! This is amazing :D I want to this :D
Silver ink is already available in the market.especially amazon.google silver ink pen on Amazon it is $10.
this video is from 6 years ago
la magica penna
it is an interesting product.
do you have rubber conductive paint for screen printing?
와우 정말 멋지네요 많이 팔리겠어요
Hello
it's a good work.
can i know the life time of drawn circuit?
You are awesome.
It is possible to stick a component on.
For example: Can I paint a line and to stick a sms resistor?
What kind of stick I can use?
Thanks
google conductive glue , you can make one on your own too.
this actually works with a pencil
cool story hansel :)
I love it!!!
surprised this doesn't have 500 million views. people are too busy watching lady gaga and drake
How is this any different than the CircuitWriter I've been using for years?
Hi
I've went to your site although I would have to buy five pens as I'm looking to only get one for now. Is there a possibility?
I bet a *simple pencil* works just fine!
What exactly makes "your invention" a better resistor than graphite?
Because this is a conductor, not a resistor. And even if it did work as well, wouldn't everybody know about it???
john pitten

1. the general population
2. yes
3. education and light-up birthday cards
Here's me doing this with a pencil.

awesome
cool!
Can't you make circuits with pencil lead on paper?
The resistance is too high for any practical uses though.
Igniferi
not true at all.
thekingof7 yeah, true. Graphite is not nearly conductive enough to have any real use. It has some conductivity, but it is very hard to make a circuit with it.
Yes you can - for example 1 pencil is about 100ohm
+Art of the Problem I never said you couldn't make a circuit, it's just a lot more difficult considering if what you say is true, that everything is a 100 ohm resistor.
I am interested do you ship to other country?
i can just imagine house fires from this sort of technology. wires directly connected to paper? electricity + paper = fire perhaps?
This is cool! But isn't silver ink expensive?
hehe vanja silver ink re?
ah mama, conductive silver ink use gareko bhanchha pen ma
hoal ni ta vanja ,, aabo k garam khaireko kuro patayaunai paryo kyara...
hehehe
but why?
also, will it blend?
Does it work on plastic slide paper

Interesting how the inventor is Director of STEM Outreach but some guy is the CEO 🤔
Man did I read that title wrong. I was super confused for the first few seconds.
What resistance has a standard trace per length?
i want to buy this pen how can i purchase it
When do the Ink Jet Cartridges come out ;-)
Hei. i'm Vietnamese. How can i buy it? That's cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
its cool
