Namoskar sir bahuti knowledge Mela ,,sir Mera ek Question tha ...pahili bat a hai ki mera Target PF 0.99 hai, but jab load 20/30 ampere ho jati hai tab Mera pf 0.70 ke ass pass lag ho jati hai. Tab bahut der der ke bad kavi kavi 5/10/15 kvar capacitor ON to hota hai but 1 second ke undar turant OFF ho jata hai pF maintain ho Nehi pata.sir ho sake to iska upay bata dijiyega, namaskar

Mera CT 2000/5 ka hai,aap suggest kiye hai ki minimum current 30 ampere hona chahiye lekin Ampere 30 ke niche 15/20/25 amp ho Raha hai,ek or bat hai ki Required kvar 15/20 kvar show ka bad vi capacitor on hata to hai lekin one second me band ho jata hai or PF wohi 0.70/0.80 lag Rahi jata hai...
App check kijiye load me fluctuations to nehi he ?
Agar app 2000/5 CT use kar rehe hen and under current Setting 0.015 me he to 30 se niche jayega to capacitor bank active nehi hoga , agar load fluctuations ho Raha hoga tab bank on/off hoga ( in case of VFD load )

2 crusher plant hai lagvag 1100 ampere load me chalta hai lekin isi full load me total (500 kvar) capacitor ek sath discharge ho jata hai or fluctuations ke bajay se plant trip ho jata hai lekin a to full load me ek sath discharge hona Nehi chaiye .A fault mera one year me 10/12 bar hua, iska solution kya ho sakta hai sir please
1st check 500 kvar capacitor kyun discharge hota he
Proper observation kijiye kya alarm aa ker apka capacitor bank discharge hota he
Aur ek cheez check kijiye , app ke APFC panel me proper cooling ho Raha he ya nehi , ek reason esa bhi he jab capacitor over heating hota he tab relay sara capacitor bank ko off kar deta he

@@itz_electrical in Pf pannel meter it’s showing 0.999 but in department meter it’s showing 0.654
1.Check your wiring of ct is proper or not.
2. Check your under current protection setting in the APFC relay.
3. If your load is very low then it may affects.
4. If there is no lower range capacitor bank ( 3/5/10 ) in APFC relay. It may creat problem.
