Hey guys I have a question, the Holy Spirit has been healing my ocd but I do have one example of it. Whenever I release, and said It was my last time, I get these thoughts like “not all of it came out or it got stuck in there and is causing some sort of damage” but I know it’s not true I’m pretty sure the body knows what to do… but does anyone have any scientific facts to make me feel better about that just being all in my head and not true… it helps with irrational obsessive thoughts and then the release is the compulsion to feel better so it’s a deep addiction for me to beat. I went 7 months before but didn’t have the Holy Spirit like I do now so I can do this it’s just making it past the first day for me which is hard

How can I start to be a woman of God? How can I start to be a woman of God?
