I test drove one of these with the 3-liter engine. Sure looked great and the spec sheet was good. Very shortly into the test drive though, I just wasn't feeling it. Came back to the dealership and they had an Argent Silver 2024 CT5-V sitting on the lot. 30 seconds into that test drive and I was sold. Still going through the break-in period now. Completely different car.
The V is such an underrated sedan. The 3.0TT is legit. Fast, sounds good, and if efficient as well. Hard to beat for the $$

Just picked mine up.. nothing but great things to say… the technology is awesome… the hypercruise is UNBELIEVABLE… only complaints are the weak back massage…. The shift takes a little getting used to…and the steering wheel kinda obstructs the view of somethings like the start button… the fob is pretty bad… and would definitely have preferred the old Bose system

Congratulations on the 40,000 . . . on your way to 100,000 !!! I don't always agree with your "preferences" ( I'm never going to like black trim or black wheels on anything ) BUT, I do agree 100% with you about the old gauge cluster - especially on the "V" model. I also would never spend this much money for a car and NOT get the 3.0, with it's same torque as the V6 "V" model ( mostly because it comes with the "harder shifting" transmission that you like so much . . bah, bah, BAH !!! Hopefully you can get one of these 2025's with that engine in it to test. This one is painted in my favorite color with my favorite wheels, too.

Much prefer this to the previous gen. This is the perfect trim too. Not all cars look good with crome but Cadillac have nailed it. I wish they were available in Australia

I like this new refreshed front end. I didn't like that the DRL was split. I like the DRL all as one strip. I also like the hands free decklid. Nice feature. Like you, I am not a fan of the big screen. But I guess a person would get used to it. I currently drive a 2024 CT4-V and prefer its dash and screens. But that is just my opinion. I am sure people love the new screen... Cheers, Reid.

I saw this car in blue with the onyx package, but this silver color is really drawing me in. I need to see this color in person.
I like both versions but I think the 2025 looks more like a Cadillac with the new front headlights. Also the cool animations and 33 inch display make me really want to buy the V version once it is released.
Great selection of color combinations.
I wish they bring back the signature design of sharp edges and V shaped rear like they use to.

Beautiful car.
It's easy to spec your dream Cadillac CT-5 V on the Cadillac website. Mine would definitely have the Technology and Premium Luxury, with the V6. The jump to the V Blackwing is quite a bit. But if you have the cash, I'd wait for that because it's going to be something very impressive. Either way, you'll get a great, luxurious car, lots of tech, with some sporting credentials. Go spec your own, it's pretty fun to dream.
This isn't a bad sticker for all you get. I just saw a review on the the Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing and the sticker was $122K.
Moore Cadillac had a LOADED CT5 Blackwing in the showroom.. All the carbon options with a manual.. I wish I had $130k.. Hahaha
For that amount, you can negotiate a BMW 760I well equipped. Trust me, you can.

@@mercedeslover907the 760i has about 5-6 more inches of leg room. Of course, the BW is faster, it’s a lighter, performance car. You’re paying for a more luxurious and comfortable car in the 7.
Picked one up yesterday for 44k without the tech package.......the tech package is not worth it in my opinion......the car wow!.....it's amazing!
I like this car and it's in my top 3 choices, the Lexus ES350, and the Genesis G80. My only problem is with the reliability ratings of the CT5. Any comments?

Constructive criticism: it would be great that before you go into detail about all the features and what you do and don't like, it would be great if you did a 360 around the car first thing just to give us an idea what this thing looks like and then go into the pros and cons and ins and outs

❤ this car those most of all car. RWD 3.0 would be enough for me. The 2.0 l wouldn’t cut it. This car would be put away for the Canadian winter if I could afford it. I do not like the trend of no spare tire, even a donut would be fine.

I think you've let us know exactly what the car is about. I am not impressed with the price of that car. I have a truck that has more options. Then this car and it costs the same. And I love my interior seats. There tan and navy blue. My truck is white. It's a Dodge limited and I paid 56000 for it. This car does not have as much stuff as my Dodge. It's got a double sunroof you are not selling this car for what it's worth so good luck to the people that find this car, I'm also 6 to a 170 pounds and I have 34 inch legs no way. Can I drive this car?
