Under 10lakhs used duster diesel for atmost comfort, space and practicality.
For performance duster or kicks 1.3 turbo petrol.
Would also pick Honda BRV over duster if a well kept car is available, can't go wrong with both the idtec and ivtec engines, space and practicality are top as well.
Won't prefer used Hyundais because poor dynamics and ride.

Talking about used cars, I also said won't pick Hyundais due to poor dynamics.
In terms of dynamics even nline i20 lags behind high GC fronx turbo and altroz racer which as below average engine performance .

I "had to" sell my mint condition 2016, 1.6L diesel with just 55k on the odometer. Ran like a brand new car. Trouble free, great mileage, more than adequate power. Alas, the perils of living in Delhi NCR 😢

I got a used facelifted 2018 model. Things to inspect include rust on the door panel, after removing the rubber beading - no fix except replacement of door. Steering rack replacement is something you need to look at (Rs 16k), engine timing kit/gearbox oil are other bits.

Considering how long can cars lasts.
Getting a used car always makes more sense. Will always buy used cars.
Cars depreciate very quick, with a used car, one can mostly get a full option 2-3 segments bigger car for the same money of a new car.

What's a fair price for 2018 registered 1st gen creta , 1.6 diesel automatic with 75k on odo. No major dents or scratches on the car

you mentioned that it is good to do stage one mod please and increasing the breaking power, can you guide us through this as we have a 2017 july model which we do not want to part with as the engine is very good and pick up is also good, staying in Hyderabad we use Nyara diesel which has increased the performance,

Tuners in your area will be able to sort out a reliable stage 1 tune. In terms of brakes, some owners have swapped the stock front brakes for Brembo rotors and pads. Others have also managed to swap the rear drum brakes to discs from the Seltos. Check the forums and speak to owners for more info.
