Being accountable for our decisions requires making informed decisions based on Catholicism, our faith understanding. Thank you for all these Podcasts because my knowledge was very limited from only baptism and communion but never confirmed and no further understanding 😢 but through baptism and communion I believe is way I’m here today because I’ve always searched for understanding
The indelible mark of the sacraments never leave us. As a cradle Catholic over 50 years old now, I've learned a lot from Catholic Answers that I didn't learn (or rather, I should say I didn't WITNESS in most "Catholics") when I was younger.
@@julieelizabeth4856 I’m discerning the CC. I am so blessed that CALive allows me to mod for them as I listen and learn. I am glad that we have CA! I’m 68. Never too late.. Amen about the witness, or lack thereof. I only watch EWTN and CA! I don’t watch the many negative commentators. God bless.
Glory and thanks to God for this man's life and conversion. The regret he expresses about his actions before Catholicism may be assuaged by receiving Communion and making a good confession on Divine Mercy Sunday. The removal of all temporal punishment due to sin is promised for those Catholics who do so. God's Omnipotent Mercy is truly marvelous.
This was a very informative broadcast. I so much enjoyed the expressions on the face of Cy as Dr. Peters expounded about the Catholic faith. Dr. Peters was amazing and Cy's facial expressions recognized this amazement.
Watching this interview about how Jesus 'shows up' every time in the eucharist reminds me the parish priest of my youth whose mass was always marked by solemn and sorrowful songs during the crucifixion and death of Jesus which would then give way to joyful songs for the ressurection of Christ. I remember people feeling happy and joyful anf energised at end of the mass and would linger around in front of the church chatting away and only go home when lunch could not be delayed any further. It was such a great feeling of community bathed by the love of Christ. When my family moved to another country I dearly missed those masses.
Thank you Cye for your interview with this brilliant man ~ so good to match the face with his radio program!! He is such a Blessing to the Catholic Church!!
"The greatest arguments for reason, the most liberated, elevated, expensive exercises for reason in human history came as the result of the One Holy and Apostolic Church- The Catholic Church." Just WOW!! Reason- that which eventually leads to experience Jesus Christ in Christianity and Catholicism which shows the great rapprochement between faith and reason. The full banquet.
Let us pray for the people who are so hungry, but do not know what they hunger for. Sin leads them further from the truth they seek, and, like Dr. Peter in his time astray, they blaspheme, all while believing they're doing good through their blasphemy. But what they intend for evil, God will use for good. Let's pray that the good is for the transformation of their souls, as Dr. Peter was transformed 🙏🏻✝️

What a difference between "redeeming the culture" and "transforming the culture"!
I have the Ave Maria app because I live in the sticks and have no radio signal. Love listening to Dr. Peter.
Wow, love this guy!! ❤

Did you miss the part about Jesus being Jewish?
