    I made my puff puff using this recipe following the exact measurements and it turned out lovely ..everyone loved it in my family, this will be my new way of making my puff puff..the scotch bonnet and plantain just takes it to another level. Thanks for this recipe.

    Yum yum yum!!! I cook gluten free so I switched the flour to 2cuos coconut flour, 2/3 lupin flour, & 1/3 cup cassava flour. Used 1tbsp baking powder & did chipotle & anchor pepper for flavor rather than spice.
    I also added vegan burger meat & cheese to make the cheese burger balls that I can eat with my curry.
    So excited to turn these into churro puffs!

      Yes you can but you will need about 3 to 5 bananas depending on how big your bananas are.

      Hmm...good thinking! I have never tried to make it that way before but I guess that should be possible. I will try it when next I have over ripe plantains.

    In India we make with flour, jaggery and plantains alone. Its called unniyappam.

    Love your recipes, as a pastry chef I would advise, never ever mix salt with yeast. It kills it. Stay blessed.

      Aww...so sorry dear. Banana puff puff is very good but the ratio of banana to flour must be right in order to get the best result.
