Hi I hope you are fine ,I have confusion ,i am married since a year with polish girl and I did not have trc but after a year I applied for trc ,so in this case do I have to wait 3 years of trc for applying prc or after 2 years of trc I can apply for prc. ?and can I exchange my prc to other european countries?
