    Honestly a really nice sack, 10/10. Solid build, good quality materials, just the right size, and an overall stylish sack that I'd be comfortable with walking around in public with it hanging out.

    If you go hiking with your pup, you can bring alsong some tennis balls and put it into your leather pouch. So you will have a ballsack

      This is true! And with the size of my sack, I think I could probably comfortably get 2 in there! Great call!

    I’ve been leatherworking for going on six years. Natural beeswax has been used for a long time for leatherworking. It was traditionally used to seal Leather flasks. I’m sure in this case it’ll help moisturize that nut sack too 🤣

    OLD Leather Smith here, very good job, beginners will be able 2 follow easily. Suggestions, when making the leather look older use a BLUSH BRUSH it works better than cloth, and you can use it with different colors, just clean it. Another stitch that works well 4 me and uses ONE NEEDLE and still locks all the stitches in, the BACKWARDS STITCH. I like your design and the use of flake board 4 patterns, it's what I teach students 2 use cheaper and easier 2 use. Sorry 4 so loooong. GOD'S BLESSINGS ✝️⚾🙃

    I'm sure others have said this, but I'm gonna say it too; punch all of your holes before stitching!! Also, if working with suede or other soft leathers that don't want to stay together with rivets, use your rotary punch and some stiff scrap leather to make backing washers, and give the pieces a coating of contact cement, then everything will stay in one piece.

    Dude your videos are great... You my friend belong in front of a camera. Good Vibs! As for Sewing.... Hand sewing is fun but very time consuming, Look at a Cobra Class 4 machine... They are NOT cheap but it will up your Makers Game and save you a TON of Time! It can stitch through almost an inch of leather and not even slow down and can go as thin a double layer of canvas. The class 3 and class 4 are basically the same machine. The class 4 just has a deeper arm on it to make bigger projects.

    Hey Cl3ver I used my cobbler shoe sewing machine. It can sew so many types of leather and suede. My nutsack is Black and blue .I ended up using 2oz veg tan for the side and stamped a dragon on the top sides. My nutsack is smaller than yours is ,but its not the size but how well you can use it.

    • @SkillTree
      @SkillTree  3 ปีที่แล้ว +7
