What foot controls are these and how did you mount them? Position is right where I need to mount mine, most forwards are too far forward. Any help appreciated.
@@164ChopShop Thanks. It figures....seems everything on this project is heavily modified or fabricated. If all goes well, should be really nice, but many times wish I hadn't chopped it up. '80 model I got new as a senior in HS, 9000 original miles. Just had it forever, been sitting for years in my parents garage, and wanted to try something new. Really like the way yours turned out. Thanks again.
@@jmhuff319 I made this one. It's basically a weld on hardtail to keep your original vin #. Was thinking of making a few for sale. Think they would sale?
Ya, I personally love the high tank, low seat look. You said weld-on. Does that mean you got the drop seat frame from somewhere? Or you made the whole thing? Because I'm interested in something like this.

Nice bike. What size tires are you running on it?
they are stock size dual sport tires.
Awesome bike! I want to convert my 650 to a suicide clutch and jokey shifter as well, where did you buy them, please?
I made all the parts. Didn't buy anything.
How far did you lower your forks? Take it you had to do that before you took on the rear to balance it?
nope.. Didn't lower the forks. stock length.

They're hand made. They mount to the exhaust mounts. Flat to 1 1/4" tubing going forward to a 90 then hand made foot levers with harley foot pegs.

@@jmhuff319 Yea I made the whole thing but was thinking about making them so people could just cut their frame and weld these on.
