I was lucky to get all hills first go. I looked back on one hill with several stuck riders and there was a guy stuck from 10 rows up I was passing and a guy from 10 rows back that had passed me. Quite the spread.
I'm a 6x finisher of the Blackwater, it ain’t the BW without the mug bugs. Note: The 100 miler Big Bear from that era was tougher. Talking to those that raced it, this year’s Tough Like RoRR was the toughest race. Ready for more fun come rider the @Buffalo Riders Extreme - BRE Sept-29th
We always loved the Mothers day Mud Run in Bentley, Michigan every year. Always did good in the mud! This was the early 80's enduros! The one I am most proud of was a 2 day qualifier in Rose City , MI. Turned A rider there!
Worst race I ever did was the old MooseRun in ILLINOIS it was billed as the tuffest race in America. Wolfster from Dirtbike Mag, decribed it as having more log crossings that 10 National Enduros. I think Ty Davis won that year. The log crossings were the easiest part. Only Trophy I still have in my house.
No 😭. It’s the same weekend as the BJEC Leadbelt event in Missouri. I’ve always wanted to ride that race, so I’m hitting that up that weekend. Enjoy Colorado for me!!! 🤘🏻🤙🏻⚡️
WHOA, crazy! The only crazy wear I had was the brake pads going completely metal to metal on the front. There was a sliver of pad left on one pad in the rear.
I have to say a few of the funnest races I have ever done was wet/muddy and slick, for sure keeps you on your toes.. thanks for posting
I truly did have an amazing time, not sure why. It was certainly challenging though!!!
Black buffalo was tough with the rain. It paid to get a mid to earlier row for sure.
I was 42, and I agree!

Test 5 I screwed up two hills and had to wrangle my way up. Most others I was attacking better and kept my momentum. Test 6 I just got lucky…
I need to plan a race with you soon.
😍🥰yes please!

I hear the topless Mud Bugs were the BEST!
@@SeatTime Yah you would get mud everywhere when you played in the bugs😅

I did race the Snowshoe GNCC, it was pretty tuff. I JUST WISH I HAD DONE THEM IN MY 30s not 40s and 50s.
I’m hoping to do Snowshoe one day! I raced NORBA DH there back in 2000 ( I think).
Love your videos Woody. Keep it up man.
Thanks! Next video should be the Leadbelt race recap from this weekend!!!
Pep talk, I'm doing just fine. Boink, right into a tree...🤣
Strangely, I didn’t even have to edit that too much. It happened fairly close in real life 🤦🏻♂️🤣🤘🏻🤙🏻⚡️
By the way, I first met you at the 1st Enduro Cross in Indy I think it was. You were a new channel then I think. I have sticker somewhere
Well hello again then sir! 🤘🏻🤙🏻⚡️
Are you doing the San Isabel Enduro in CO this year? If so, I hope to see you there Woodro!

The soles came 3/4 of the way off both boots and I couldn’t get them all the way off. Didn’t finish

@@SeatTimemy brakes also went completely bye bye, funny because I was going so slow from row 97 I don’t remember having to ever use the brakes😂
