I just got mine earlier this week. I’ve done a jump session and a track workout with them so far using the AJ 38 and Invincible Run 3. Similar to you, I did feel springier, faster and more explosive. I need to do more testing in them, but there were moments to where I felt like I was jumping higher and not exerting as much effort to jump higher. This insoles broke my brothers legs. He jumped so high we couldnt catch him in the fall, he landed in some bushes near Navada limbs all torn up left for wolfs luckuly he was spoted by some hyanas

You think they help your knee feel better? And do you think it would be different for 1 foot jumping? Asking cuz wearing them helped a lot with my knee pain probably cuz I’m flat footed 🤔 but I haven’t really made a video jumping because I wanted it to be quality

With vktry insoles, it’s best to test them and use them with running verts. Standing verts won’t be a huge difference with vktry insoles because the insoles aren’t being bent compared to how it does get bent as you sprint and do a running vert. As you remember in their ads, the insoles being bent is to show the science behind how it performs. So the action of running verts or running in general will cause the insoles to bend and help you be more springy if that makes sense.
The one inch of vertical, .12 seconds of time improvement, and 41% of injury reductions can all be had by both plyometrics and strength training. These are not worth it even if they were free.
I know they don't work because if they did, Nike + Adidas and other major brands would be selling them too. There's nothing unique or patentable about these

At the end of the day for anyone watching you’re better off without them, any restrictions on your foot flexing or moving is going to weaken the small muscles in the bottom of your feet, leading to pulling/tearing under strain, as well as improper or reduced muscle coordination over your time training
I have my masters in kinesiology and have been training young athletes for 6 years. Most of my clients are/have been injured in the past and want to work to prevent that. I basically teach them how to use their body properly and efficiently. If i can play hockey & some football + volleyball for 20 years without a single muscular injury or strain (tendon injury), then I can definitely show others how to as well.

From when I wore them, nah not really. I can see the stiffer feeling help SLIGHTLY with 1 foot jumping than 2 foot but probably not by much
