One of my favorite Homeworthy episodes yet. Nelle and Eric didn't just give us a tour of their home they shared with us their beautiful treasures, each one rich with history and stories. Such a lovely home and such a lovely couple!
Wow ! I attended the Dickey Hill Elementary School in the early 1970’s. While Baltimore is far from the City most descendants grew up in and loved, it still has the footprints of its Original forbears. Baltimore has some of the best architectural home designs especially in communities near Charles Street, Johns Hopkins Uinversity, and Loyola College. These neighborhoods have stood the test of time. Your home is simply beautiful. Congratulations!
Charming home and spectacular grounds. They are a such lovely couple-So sweet of them to share their collections and many stories. What a lovely visit, thank you both! ☮
Nelle and Eric Somerville have a beautiful home. I love how their furniture fits their home, without being "old looking". She says the house was built in 1772 and it definitely has held up well. I love the architecture and the book shelves. Their sun room is my favorite room. They are a great couple and "meshed their aesthetics" well together.
What an interesting couple! I love how they shared so much of their family backgrounds. And the books, records, art and everything! Thanks for a fabulous tour.
What a lovely couple and home showcase. I loved that both of them were able to hold onto so much of their history and how it really did make their house, their home.
Thank you for sharing your home with us. Used to Live in Maryland and I miss everything about the DMV area. You are a compliment to each other and I love the traditional side of your home. So many wonderful memories and more to make. Happy Holidays and thanks again the CT Realtor
I love Dickeyville! Fun to see the interior of this home. Peter Bond built one of the first mills in Dickeyville. He is an ancestor of mine and I wonder if Nell’s Bond family is also related.
What a lovely Home to be able to share with us & also enjoy. The History inside and throughout the place is just incredible! It's quaint and charming yet sophisticated too. I enjoyed this episode. In my hometown of all places, a gem of a place!
Love this couple, and not because I'm a life-long Baltimorean. I love our beautiful and diverse neighborhoods. I'm in Hamilton, and it is a wonderful area in East Baltimore. My home was built in the 1920's and there is certainly charm and craftsmanship that comes with older homes. I love their library and various collections.
Cada um vive da forma que se sente melhor. Ultimamente vejo videos e não comento mais.Tudo pode ser um aprendizado .Uma pergunta:- por que para alguns é tão dificil desapegar de objetos?
Beautiful home, beautiful couple and beautiful production. I love all videos of Homeworthy. Just a constructive feedback: I find the background music at the beginning is so agitating. It is overpowering the speech.
I love the the birds.l have some too icluding an American Avocet which I've seen on the northern praries. Lots of flickers here in BC CANADA. LOVE your tartan dress. CHIMO !
28:29 lol…that was a whiplash! She’s all, “enough white women in this room” to, “his relative received a Purple Heart that’s also displayed in this room…” (didn’t see it) to, “but what I’m MOST proud of is…Julia Childs!”. lol
You had me at: Work Force Housing...Event Planning...The Big Blue... piece of Beautiful Art on loan...The Location...And Now Julia Child's 🥹 on PBS ...SMH LOL
That comment about white women portraits was a little off putting. You can never have too many portraits of any race of people especially if they are your family.
You don't have to be here. In fact, I strongly recommend that you not be. This delightful couple trusted the process to share their experiences and choices with us. I am thrilled that they did.
@paulh1745 and yet you took time out of your existence to come and be negative. Stop polluting this atmosphere with negativity. You could exit now. You sound jealous. SMH.

Nelle and Eric are such lovely people. I am elated to see their home and story being shared with the world!

What I like about this couple is that they didn't talk over one another. As the other couples I see on Homeworthy.🎉❤😊
Charming home and spectacular grounds. They are a such lovely couple-So sweet of them to share their collections and many stories. What a lovely visit, thank you both! ☮

The art, the blue room and the back yard with the river. Just beautiful in every way.
This episode has a home that is both beautiful and interesting, as are the owners. I love the 1812 painting. Thank you so much for sharing!
What an interesting couple, a beautiful home and incredibly interesting and historic collections of treasures. ❤
Seriously, I could watch this over and over again all day long 😂 Phenomenal home and family! And the stories are EVERYTHING! BRAVO!!!

I appreciate her sense of humor at 27:34 :-)
Thank you both for inviting us into your wonderful home 🏡 🤗🤗🙏🏼🐓🙏🏼🐇🙏🏼💐💐
Your home is blended well with history. The painting of the 1st high rise from New Orleans is what I would call fun.
Love, love, love the Sun room!
Loved everything…such rich family history and style!
I love Dickeyville! Fun to see the interior of this home. Peter Bond built one of the first mills in Dickeyville. He is an ancestor of mine and I wonder if Nell’s Bond family is also related.
Lovely couple, loving home. I thank them for this intimate tour.
Beautiful home
lovely couple ❤ and lovely home❤
I love this home but the couple is even better. They would be a joy to be around!
I love this couple and the house. The antique baby rattlers and baby silver is so cool. I may start collecting that as well!!
What a lovely Home to be able to share with us & also enjoy. The History inside and throughout the place is just incredible! It's quaint and charming yet sophisticated too. I enjoyed this episode. In my hometown of all places, a gem of a place!
I love Dickeyville. I grew up in that area. I remember Gwynn Oak Amusement Park from back in the day.
Very thoughtful loving home.
Beautiful Home, Beautiful Couple

How incredible. I thought she would say that the portrait was her mother - not her grandmother (great grandmother?). They certainly do look alike!
Beautiful Home! I graduated from a university in Kalamazoo and was hoping you were going to share why your wedding was there. 😊
Very eclectic!
What an enjoyable episode. Would you please share the paint color in your home office? Thank you
Your attire is very beautiful, Tartan a favourite of mine ❤💙💚💛🧡❤🖤🤍💜

30:28 I thought that was a real dog or fox OMG 🤣🤣🤣🤣
It was real 😭😭😭
Moving 5 times in 10 years is diabolical, hell I moved twice in 8 and a half years and that was exhausting 😢
Between my salon and apts, I moved 6times in one year.
I remember years ago, Dickeysville had an open house. Do they still do that? I'm here in Baltimore County. Love to visit soon
I love this couple already. Very well spoken couple and a beautiful home from the overview
Well Spoken, WTF does that even mean 😒
Thank you

Who named the town? 😂 Great house. I love it.
Lol 😂😂
It’s a 19th century milk town, so the mill was probably named after the owner, whose name was most likely Dickey.
She had me at broken china napkin rings...
😊
The lighting is too cold for me.

Sold at MF Doom!
So much ado about nothing but a bunch of junk. So shallow. Ugh.

Junk? It’s not my style but the house has great art and history!
@ you are definitely a petty Karen. Nasty. Domineering. Ugh.
Lovely home
