Once boil, drain it and transfer to a pot of ice water for 2-3min. Then drain and keep in the fridge. 2. Place the chilli padi in the mortar and pound it, followed by garlic. Then add seasoning and mix well. Add in coriander stems and calamansi juice and mix well. 3. Drizzle the sauce onto the sotong and garnish with coriander leaves 4. Serve and enjoy! 💕

是小桔子,香味比酸柑更浓郁。酸柑是比较大颗的,是青柠。阿鸿说错了,字幕则是对的。
